Working with trust roofing was a great experience all the way through. I cannot imagine a company being more professional in all aspects of operations.. we first met with Olivia, who assisted us in picking shingles and drip edge color.. She stayed in contact with us the entire time and came by the house to check on progress and finished product. She has excellent PR skills and always has a smile on her face. Dallas was our job supervisor and also contacted us and came by the job several times to ensure job was going well.We had a couple of existing issues that I brought to his attention, and he came out quickly to make sure they were addressed properly.. It gave us a great deal of confidence, knowing we had a veteran roofer coming by to check on things.Reilly and his crew did a great job fixing our pre-existing issues and the new install.He was very reassuring that we would be very happy when he was done and we were. He and the crew worked hard all day long only stopping for lunch. They did an excellent job cleaning up and made several passes with magnets to insure all nails were out of the yard. Total professionalism all the way through. I highly recommend this company to everyone.

As with any home repair service, choosing a company to replace your roof can be stressful (and expensive). After several quotes I came across Trust and their sales person Kirsten. My first impression was very good. She seemed genuine, knowledgeable and not at all pushy. Kirsten was always available when I had the many questions I needed answered and responded with respect. Once the work began the star of the show was Efrain, the Project Manager. Efrain was a class act. From the minute he came to the job site he made it clear that he would make everything right and if I had any issues he would respond immediately. Our roof was 40 square. Efrain’s crew worked from 6:30 am to 6:30 pm the first day. They were able to get the entire roof stripped and dried in before they left. At the end of each day Efrain made sure the entire work site was cleaned and spotless. The only reason Efrain had one guy come back for a third day was to finish up some trim and detail work. Efrain himself was there to personally paint all of the exposed rooftop galvanized vent pipes to match the roof color.Efrain also made an impression on my neighbor who is planning to have his roof replaced soon.Compliments to Robin Scherer, Owner and CEO of Trust Roofing. You have an exceptional business model.

I received several quotes and watched from my window several homes in my neighborhood having the roof replaced. Trust roofing belongs in a category by themselves. The quality of their work, customer service, and efficiency deserves more than a 5 star. From the time of my first call the office staff was friendly professional and got the ball rolling right away. Gavin came out and explained the process, answered all of my questions and was very patient. I did not feel pressured at all. They were able to work with my budget but still able to provide high quality materials. Efrain was wonderful he stayed in contact with me the whole step of the way. Anything that came up he took care of it immediately. Javier and his crew showed up on time and kept my home neat and tidy, you couldn't even tell an install was occurring everything was smooth. They worked hard and was very respectful of my home, I was even able to work from home, the noise was not load. Davis came back the next day to finish and that young man work as if it was a whole crew on my roof. This is a one stop high quality roofing company. Everything was wrapped up in 3 days including final inspection and wind mitigation. Do yourself a favor and hire Trust roofing. My roof is absolutely stunning!!

Great company! After 5 quotes on my roof, I happened to see their name on a dumpster in the neighborhood.I'm pleased I went with Trust Roofing. Without delay Kirsten and Dieter were at my home for the quote and explained step by step how the job will be done. I was impressed by how well Kirsten worked through things. Communication is big for me. Throughout the progress of the job, I was given details and photos.Dallas, the project manager was great to work with. He was very thorough, answered all of my questions and took care of any little detail after roof was completed.They were very organized, great teamwork, and cleaned up each step of the way to be certain any nails and debri was picked up. We had an amazing experience with Trust Roofing. The process was very professional. After we signed our contract with them they came to the home removed all the old shingles and repaired our wood rot. We received photos in real time to see everything that was taking place. The workers all worked as a team and you could tell they all knew exactly what they were doing. Each worker stayed busy and there energy together was like a family getting the job done as a team. When they finished they used a magnetic handle to pick up all the nails in the driveway and around the yard. They also cleaned up everything. The new roof looks amazing and there pricing was the best we received. We are very happy with Trust Roofing and I would recommend them if your in need of a new roof. Trust Roofing provided us with excellent service from beginning to end. Mr. Scherer sat with us and explained what to expect with the new roof installation and then sent us a quote that mirrored the exact amount he originally quoted, which, in our opinion, was the best price based on three different estimates. He answered all our questions, and there were plenty, with professionalism, and made us feel at ease that we chose Trust Roofing for our new roof installation. He provided us with his credentials and took care of all the permit paperwork. His workers showed up on time, made sure that the property was protected with tarps throughout, and began working on our roof. We had some rotted planks that they removed and replaced with new ones, and they provided us with pictures as the job went along. Once the new roof was installed, they cleaned up the surrounding areas and made sure that no nails, shingles, or debris were left behind. All garbage was placed in the dumpster. Our new roof is beautiful, and we are very pleased with the work they did. We recommend Trust Roofing. Give them a call. You will not be disappointed.
