Do NOT hire this company. Job was ultimately passed along to another subcontractor after the owner of this company no longer wanted to do the job, and only half of my down-payment was sent to the new company and I paid and set up my own inspections in the end. If this review is still up, then this company owes me $2,250.00 dollars. Chuck is a cheat, a liar and will use every excuse in the book when needed.

I've used Jeff with Waterside for many years and he never disappoints! Prompt, quality service at reasonable prices! I decided to use Waterside for a new roof based on good reviews on the Nextdoor app and I'm so happy that I did!! Jeff is the roofing coordinator and is AMAZING!! He kept me updated constantly on the status of start date. His crew took excellent pics before, during and after completion and did a fantastic job with the roof and tongue & groove soffits and cleaned up completely afterwards! Chuck, the owner also called me to make sure that I was satisfied and happy!! I've dealt with many other roofers in the past and none of them compare to the customer service and quality that Waterside provided!! Their estimate was also lower than several other estimates. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!
