I had Jim, Ashley and team working at my house last year after having tried 3 other (highly reviewed) companies. The biggest difference between World Class and those others is simply PRIDE. Jim and his team are proud of their work, they spend time talking to you and understanding your specific issue. My issue was very complicated. They went beyond my expectations in every way, at one point all of us went through my house survey papers to try to find dead pipes that could have been the source of rodent entry. They never gave up, they stayed stubborn (in the best way possible) and kept trying everything in their bag of tricks, eventually it worked. At one point we had almost 10 people at the house working together as a team, including Ashley and their sons as well, all of whom are top notch high quality people that I would trust again in a heartbeat. Scheduling is a delight, Ashley is an excellent communicator. If I ever have this issue again (and I hope I don't), I will skip all other companies and go straight to these folks.

We heard scratches and scraping sounds coming from our attic the last two mornings (Fri. & Sat). I called on Sat afternoon and remarkably received an appointment for Sunday! Ryan called to let us know when he expected to arrive as promised. Ryan was professional and extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly where to look to find the entry spots to our house. If we ever need help again, World Wildlife will get our call!

World Class Wildlife Removal is just that. They are an exceptional, family owned business who gets the job done. We had an ongoing issue at our office that two previous "exterminators" failed to solve. Fortunately we found Jim and his professional staff who were able to fix and remedy the problem. Andrew did an incredible job removing a dead possum from one of the soffits. He made sure that there weren't any other wildlife stuck in that soffit. He showed my son and I areas where there were openings that other wildlife would be able to get into our roof and where rats have left behind droppings. Andrew made recommendations on how to plug holes so that more wildlife will not enter into the roof or other areas of the house. Thank you Andrew.

Very pleased with World Class Wildlife Removal. I called them on a Saturday about repairing damaged soffit and making sure I didn't have any animals in my attic. They promptly called me back (on a Saturday!) and scheduled an inspection and estimate when I was available next week. Alex, the operations manager, arrived on time and wearing a face covering. He checked the attic and the rest of the house. He then provided an estimate to: (1) secure the crawl space and the attic; (2) repair the soffit with improved material; (3) place a trap in the attic and monitor for a few days to make sure there weren't any animals still up there; (4) secure the sewer drain pipe; and (5) upon completion, use a non-toxic disinfectant in the attic and crawl space. I was expecting an estimate in the thousands. Instead, their price was very reasonable and affordable. I also appreciated that the estimate was to secure the entire property. Not just a piece meal approach which only addressed the attic. The two employees who completed the exclusionary work today were excellent. Their repairs had an attention detail and high level of workmanship. They even added a few screws that were needed on my fence. I highly recommend this company.

Extremely disappointed in their service. After paying them $$$$, they came out several times, and although they provided a temporary fix, they could never eradicate the problem completely. The problem would resurface every few months, and it was always a struggle to get them back out. Now, a year later, with still unresolved problem, I gave them the benefit of doubt and was willing to pay them again to come out. They made an appointment to come out. However, when Jim found out that it was us, he cancelled the appointment and simply said –we will call you when we have an appointment available. That was over three weeks ago. Bottom line is we have the same rodent issue we had when we hired them over a year ago; and while Jim makes promises of outstanding services, they CANNOT get the job done!!!

After researching several rodent removal companies we decided to go with World Class Wildlife Removal & Rodent Remediation due to their thorough initial assessment and their reasonable service costs. While our "issue" turned out to be more challenging than we originally anticipated, the staff at Worldclass Wildlife exceeded our expectations at every opportunity. The office staff was very efficient and professional. The technicians were very responsive and very thorough and their insulation service was excellent from the removal of the old insulation all of the way through to the cleanup. A few months ago the team at World Class did a super job of ensuring the house we had just purchased was free of rodents. Thank you to Susan, Dalton, Ryan and Derrick for your help at that time. (The five star review I posted then has been buried by the many other great reviews.) Onward to today. A competitor was working across the street and told me he saw a squirrel hole leading into my attic and he guaranteed I had a squirrel in there. He wanted to initiate an investigation and sign me up to do everything I already knew had been done by the World Class team. I said I needed to call World Class because they had probably already filled in the space in question. Susan immediately arranged for wonderful Derrick Simpson to be at the house within an hour. Derrick thoroughly investigated the roof and attic. He took pictures of the alleged squirrel hole which indeed had been filled in by the World Class team. Here is a perfect comparison of a company that responds immediately to the concerns of one of their customers and a company that uses scare tactics to get your business. When Susan answers the phone saying they want to put a smile on your face, she means it. These people really care and do an excellent job. Anthony, Alex, and Ryan were all exceptionally kind, patient, understanding and helpful during the exclusion process. We had a raccoon with babies in the attic they removed it sealed everything up and monitored our attic with one way valves and cameras! Highly recommend World Class for all of the hard work they put in with our rodent infestation. Dalton, Alex, Ryan, Matt and company showed not only respect and high performance, but also that they are well experienced and precise with their work. At first I was a bit shooken up with the estimate, but their customer support, labor, and results are well worth the cost. I've used this company twice and they have provided STELLAR customer service both times. My first experience was last summer when Tyler came out to help figure out what was running around in my attic. Although it took a while from start to finish, during all of the visits to my home (there were several), Tyler was professional, courteous, personable and did everything necessary to get the job done. I also felt like the price was reasonable. Most recently I had another issue and worked with two other gentlemen- both were also professional, courteous, and personable. Again, I felt like the price for the work was reasonable. In addition to the people who come out to your home to perform the work, the office personnel who take your calls/schedule the work are also top notch. They understood my concerns and desire to get someone to assist me asap with creepy critters. When I called and introduced myself, it was like speaking with a friend- you can tell they know their customers. With nearby new construction we had rats descend upon our property quite rapidly. I did as much as I thought I could to keep them at bay but as soon as I saw various parts of the house being chewed upon outside, I called World Class to help with mediation. After trying to get my rat problem under control myself. I had enough and starting searching on the internet for someone to come out and found these wonderful people and company. They were totally professional and Chad the technician who came to my house had to be the best person morally I’ve ever met. When I started hearing things in the walls I knew we had a problem.. I searched through different companies and decided to call World Class Wildlife Removal & Rodent Remediation because they are veteran owned and they used non-poisonous, organic, and eco-friendly pest control methods. Since we have dogs, it was important they didn't get put at risk. Our pest control expert was Alex; I can't say enough great things about him! Alex was efficient, patient, easy to get along with, knowledgeable about critters and how to catch them and most importantly for me as a nurse who works night shift, he was very accommodating to my sleep schedule. When My wife could not be home and I had to work, he came in quickly checked the traps, replaced traps and left so I can rest. There was quite a bit of exclusion work he had to do and he completed it without waking me. The crawl space had a bunch of loose wires and other crud that wasn't removed from when we bought the house, he cleaned all of that up for us! The prices of World Class Wildlife Removal were fair and we were able to receive military discount. When they were removing all the old insulation they found babies! Although the baby rats were cute, they would have caused a bigger problem for an even longer amount of time and they were hidden. Thankfully the meticulous and efficient work Alex provided ensured that we successfully were rat free! Thank you again a million times over. I would absolutely recommend this company and Alex for any job!! Thank you for the great work!!

I had a great experience. After my initial call, Jim was very quick to get to my house to inspect the situation. We decided on a plan that fit my budget. Jim’s crew came out every couple days to inspect traps, access areas, etc. Chad was incredible and great at communicating. He would always call ahead by about an hour that he was coming. I did have to call in between visits thinking that one had ended up in another room and Chad was there within the hour! They even planned ahead and came out the day before the holiday just to make sure all was buttoned up. They were extremely discreet when working and disposing of any rodents. The exclusion work completed was extremely thorough using top materials to fill areas where they were gaining entry or had damaged for a permanent solution. I have no doubt I am completely free of intruders and none will be getting back in. Overall, for superior first rate service with complete professionals, I couldn’t recommend a company more highly!

If you live in Florida, you'll likely have a problem with rats at some point. These are the guys to call, they are pro all the way around. Don't waste your time with other outfits that offer these type of services as a sideline, these guys focus on rodent infiltration and it shows in their work. They'll assess the problem, and then develop a plan that is effective and fast, so those nights of waking up hearing those scratching noises in the attic quickly disappear. You can tell that the owner, Jim, knows his stuff and cares about his customers, and set a tone of professionalism and customer service that runs throughout the entire organization, from the receptionists, to the schedulers and technicians.
