Fredrick and Thomas were super efficient. More than happy to move the shed exactly where I wanted it. Went above and beyond their job duties explaining things to me. My sister is the one who went in and did the paperwork do I can't tell you that man's name but I spoke with him on the phone and was very professional. Elite is the perfect t name for this place, because their customer service is leagues above the rest! Would recommend to anyone looking to purchase quality, affordable and beautiful sheds!! I tried to purchase a building from ELITE OUTDOOR building. But I was told they weren't able to get a permit approval in Clay County. I was told to contact the office in Live Oak to receive a full refund (per John). I did that and I received the refund. Minus-2 1/2% for using my bank card. And if I wanted to pursue it with the County they emailed me the plans to do so. I did go through the planning process and the County requirements were revised to a new code. When I called for the revised plans I was informed that I had to resubmit a down-payment for the barn as well as a $100 for the revised plans. AND STILL HAVE NO GARANTY OF APPROVAL. Meaning I could potentially lose more money if not approved. Will try someplace else not taking advantage of people.

Was quoted 4-6 weeks completion time once deposit was received. They were true to their word. Had an issue with one of the overhead doors. They sent Leo out same day and took care of the door. Would highly recommend these people if you’re in the market for a metal building!

Update - the building is awesome with only a few minor issues missed during construction, and a design flaw. The most worrisome issue is truss/roof sag. If you look at the roofline, you'd think you were looking at the hull of a boat. There were also a few screws missed.Additionally, there is no customer loyalty when it comes to future purchases, as in all future parts are full price. I recently purchased some 8' sheets, after a redesign I decided upon 6' and asked what the price would be to cut the 8 sheets down to 6'. I was told; since you're a loyal customer they "probably" won't charge you. Nope, $4 per cut. In the grand scheme $32 is not much, and the decision was mine to have them shortened, but being told there is value in my loyalty, and immediately having that pulled back was dissappointing.I wanted take a few minutes to share two experiences with anyone considering a metal building in the North Florida Panhandle area.19 weeks ago (at the time of this review), I had contracted with Keen Metal Buildings to have a 30x41 garage installed. When I agreed to purchase it, I was not told that they were NOT the people who would be doing the concrete, and the building would be installed 6-8 weeks after the concrete was poured. The contractor that poured the concrete was amazing and had my perfectly level pad poured in 4 weeks. At which time I called and asked when the building would be going up. I was now told 10-12 weeks as an estimate. Not interested in an estimate or an additional minimum of another month (shortest initial time, to shortest new est), I pushed and was told they can't do anything, it's up to TBS (Tubular Building Systems). When I contracted with Keen, I was told they owned TBS and controlled the manufacturing process. At 13 weeks I called again and was told maybe 16-18 weeks. I then told them to forget it, I'd find someone else, and that day I was had a new builder.Let me shine a very bright and positive light on the new builder. A company directly in front of the Live Oak Lowes named Elite Outdoor Buildings. I went in and asked how much for what was in effect the exact same building, and my pad was in place, and had been for 13 weeks. The price was about $700 more, but these guys said I could have the building in a week and a half. I contracted with them, paid a $5k (my choice), and walked out the door with a written installation date. Not only did Elite not show up on the estimated Wednesday, but they called the Friday prior and said they could be there two days early.The installers were professional, very practiced, each had specific tasks, were proficient at each, but flexible to help out the other specialists. They arrived on time, and I stayed out there with them for all but their lunch break. It was impressive to watch them work, and my neighbors were shocked to see the building completed by 5:30 the same day.Everything works, and the building is amazing. There was one minor issue with a hold in my screen window, and they replaced the screen on Monday after the weekend. While they were here, I made mention of a couple leaks and said I'm certain they would seal after a couple rains and the screw gaskets had a chance to sit. The supervisor sent his guys onto the roof, and they replaced several screws that might have been an issue. While I've not had a rain since, I fee confident they fixed the problem that really wasn't. It's nice to see a company and their installers take ownership.I got my entire deposit refunded from Keen, but still feel as if I was baited and then switched after my purchase. When I told them I was going with Elite they spent a few minutes bad-mouthing Elite and told me to watch out for their install crew. When I told Elite that I had previously contracted with Keen, they were professional, said they knew the manager, and were glad I decided to come to them for an on time solution.The photo was during construction.

All the staff are wonderful people,One building caught my eye out of a huge selection.So I swung by and Mason Summerlin greeted me at the door With a handshake.I had a couple of questions and he had the answers . I sat down for a few minutes went through the paperwork and the building was delivered yesterday.And the delivery guys are on point and very professional!If anyone is in the market and looking for any style from Barnes to portable buildings you will be crazy not to stop by this place first And give them a shot, I promise you will not be disappointed.Even in today’s economy with everything going on ,I still felt after searching around that I made the right decision.💯

They were very efficient and had competitive prices. There was a small hiccup with getting the shed to fit through our gate on the initial delivery but they had a new plan the very next day that got it installed without any damage and it looks great!
