Eric Wood is the general manager over there and he made the process so easy, I ended up going back to him to buy two more buildings. You’ll get honest answers to any questions you have, he’ll work with you to customize your building however you want, and if he’s not able to take your call, you can bet he’ll be getting back with you soon. 10/10 experience for sure

From our first meeting with Eric at this location—- we felt a sense of relief and knew he cared and got busy ordering the custom size double kennel for us ! The install team was equally impressive ! I reached out to keens building after looking through several different options. I was very impressed by the pricing’s. So I contacted them. My representative name was Patrick. I was very impressed by the customer service not one time did he hesitate to answer any of my phone calls or any of my emails? I was constantly asking questions and he was very patient with me. When I was contacted and was informed that my building would be set up on the date that was scheduled, I went out I introducing myself to the crew. They were so respectable full. They explain to me, step-by-step, and details everything that was going to need to be done and at the end are you have to say I am very impressed on the work that was done .So with that being said hands-down, I had a wonderful experience.

We had been wanting a storage building for quite some time and just kept putting it off because the fear of using a company that isn't trustworthy and honest which is something that is pretty rampant around this area. We went to one business and when we went in and asked for info or some kind of brochure the kid behind the desk said they did not have anything, another business acted like we were wasting their time and the last one was KEENS PORTABLE BUILDINGS in Live oak. We were greeted right away by Eric , he was informative and answered all our questions . He helped us secure financing and also connected us with a Concrete company for the foundation . Once the concrete was finished the building itself only took 2 days to construct . It was a very comfortable transaction and we could not have chosen a better company! You wont go wrong with Keens!

I definitely could have built it stronger for less money if I had the time this summer...so many other projects, and my time is so valuable, but let me tell you, I couldn’t have built a shed any more professional or attractive! It looks great, and it saved me so much time and effort... and that’s worth more than money! If u aren’t that handy and can’t build a shed (and many people aren’t) I would recommend keens portable to anyone in north Florida, because when you write big checks and let your money talk for you, it’s so easy. They pull up, you tell the delivery men where u want it, and they make it fit. Mine was in a difficult place, and the expert truck driver installed my shed without messing up my grass, not a scratch! Five stars because it won’t let me give 6 stars. Any one giving these guys one star are just mad it’s taking so long due to the lumber price/COVID 19 crisis... Thank you

Can’t sell for the lift him. Call for information, but can’t have a conversation smoothly to get things down. It’s like playing on the phone. Not sure how they stuff I guess u have to be a lower level to Conversate with them. the one in Florida. This is the second time I called where I don’t care to make business with them.

I am very happy with the building and the people who installed it. The reason for two stars is the fact I was not told about various options for the roll up doors. Now I am having to spend additional money to get the doors I require.

I was very excited to purchase a steel building until after 30 days after making deposit still no building. I continuously went back and forth between the contractor and the seller about my delivery after making what I was told to be necessary adjustments to items on my property only to find out the building still could not be set up. I even attempted to make contact with someone about purchasing a smaller building, still nothing.
