I had Danny and his crew out today to repair and clean the roof. What an awesome job they did on repairing the broken tiles and re-sealing all the vents and everything on the roof and then cleaned it. Could not be more happier. I will have them out every two years to maintenance and clean the roof. If you are thinking about using them definitely Give them five stars for their service and communication .

Once again Karey and team came through for my wife and I. We purchased a home for renovation that needed minor roof work cleaning and sealing. Although they were booked, Karey sent the roofing team in to repair the leak in a matter of days. We now have the cleaning and sealing scheduled for this week. We are repeat customers. Needed to have my roof cleaned about a year and half ago and did not want to make it a yearly task. Found Clean Roof and extensively read the other client reviews. Needless to say, they are the real deal, they completed any necessary tile repairs and the work was completed as explained, my roof is still clean and looking great. Back in late December, I received a note from my insurance about an inspection they completed that found cracked, broken and loose tiles which required repairs in order for coverage to be renewed. Without hesitation, I called Danny at Clean Roof and immediately they stopped by and provided a scope of the work. They completed the work on a single visit and the roof looks even better. They provided the report I needed to send the insurance company and of course, they are a fully licensed contractor, which is of upmost importance this day and age. I've recommended them without any reservations to my neighbors with older roofs like mine. Worth every dime. Danny came out, went up to my 2 story roof, took pictures and showed them to me, identified areas that needed repairs/patching & of course of the dirty roof, gave me a free estimate which I thought was reasonable given the fact that once finished, my roof would be clean, sealed/repaired by a reputable roofing company(which gives me GREAT peace of mind), comes with a 1 year warranty if they need to come back, plus 50% the nexttime(5 years expectancy) to repeat the process. Danny showed up on time for the estimate, the men showed up on time to clean/repair the roof, they rinsed the sides/windows of the house after the roof was done and the same for my vegetation, rinsed them off good to ensure no death/damage.
