Learn how to park! Your horrible park job almost cause me to get into an accident because your long truck and horrible parking obscure my view to see other cars coming. Please learn how to have consideration when parking. I know it's an inconvenience to you, but some us prefer to see and not potentially have an accident. I hope your work is better than you're parking job!

Robmar did my restoration here at Sea Ranch Lakes North condominium. We were very pleased with their performance. I've been the property manager here for 10+ years, but have been working here for 19 total years. I've been through 2 restoration projects, and this was the most problem free project I endured.

As a property manager It is very hard to find great vendors, I have worked with Robmar Restoration on a few projects helping my Associations to get work done they have received Quality service with a friendly and helpful staff who respond right away. They repaired concrete of my patio in a condominiums building in Pompano Beach. They charged the Association for work not done (shutter removal) but they argued that it was approved by Hellas, the engineer firm in charge, hum...At the end, even with the proof that they did not do the work, one employee even confirming it, they still insisted to charge the Association. Unfortunately, everyone agreed that it would cost more in legal fees to fight the charge, so, in the end we had to pay 50% for work not done. Funny way to do business!!!

This contractor is currently working on our townhome's neighborhood. They do not seem organized as they start projects and then move onto others without finishing anything. Most neighbors have their backyards fences torn down and then they move onto working on the roof and siding. Meanwhile the fence is down and you cannot let your animals out to pee. We have limited parking and have assigned one resident spot and a guest spot. These contractor's take our guest spots which in turn makes everyone have to walk 2 blocks to park. They park vehicles for trash and hauling and take up even more GUEST PARKING AND RESIDENT PARKING. They park their vehicles where ever the hell they feel like it with no regard to safety or consideration for the residents (the people paying for bill). We continue to have issues with the crew stealing power. They plug into my box outfront without asking for permission. My bill has gone up $50 bucks in the 6 weeks they have been stealing my power. My boyfriend has had words at this point and has repeatedly asked they do not plug into our home without permission as they are going through our fence in front of our home and invading our personal space and trespassing to steal our power. They continue to do it so now he throws their electric cord they use into the street when he sees them plugged in, hours later its plugged back in. They leave boards with nails all over the grass and trash all over or yards. As I was writing this review I just got into with some smart mouth mexican who parked in my RESIDENT PARKING SPOT. I went out to ask him to move and he got abrasive and aggressive. He tried to act as though he wasn't going to move. My boyfriend is cop so I called him and he is going to speak with the little jerk when he gets home. I reminded him that there is contactor parking by the pool which is 50 feet away its actually made so we as residents can't even park there its for commercial use only. He was running his mouth and cussing while I was telling him to move his vechicle. My neighbor walked by so he shut up and FINALLY moved as he continued to cuss at me. I took photos and am submitting to my neighborhood assoc. I am tired of this and so are my neighbors. This company needs to ensure their people are respectful and courteous. They are unorganized and lack direction. The site manager is a direct reflection of this company so the review is based on the lack respect for residents and lack of organization going on here. I'd ask yourself if you are looking for a contractor, do you want this going on at your property or happening to your residents? Exactly!

I live in a condo in Palm Aire, Pompano Beach. The company did a 40 years restoration and painting really poorly overcharging us. I don’t recommend this company.Services: Demolition, Construction cleanup, Structural construction assistance, Retaining walls, Concrete sidewalk building, General paving, Foundations, Flooring
