Place is not as packed or dirty as other roofing supplies. Looks pretty clean. Customer service is pretty good. And they keep everything or mostly everything in stock. Out of all south florida ABCs i think this one is one of my favorite.

Terrible customer service. They hang up on you. They pick up the phone and done say anything and put you on hold. On Saturday when you need material because everything is closed on Sunday. Terrible

Great costumer service. We were helped quickly by a very polite young man who offered professional advice & who answered all our product questions. They ran out of what we were looking for but where kind enough to refer us to another store that had what we were looking for in stock. Really impressed at how helpful they were.

Darla Rivera and her team member are amazing, very caring, approachable and always willing to help. They know their materials and permitting information. Impressively knowledgeable, attentive and very happy to attend anyone. I highly recommend this place.

Remember it's set up for pro roofers.And you are expected to act like a licensed contractor.If you are DIY go on a.rainy day.When they aren't busy selling truckloads of materials.That way you will stay.out of our way.Most products have specific install directions that trained applicators follow.

Customer Service above & Beyond!Visited this store to purchase a simple item. They did not have it in stock.Branch Manager Steve Gory, stepped in and suggested to Darla, the person who was helping me to check with another supplier. Darla, took it from there. She called several places and did not give up until she found a location which had it in stock. ABC Supply facilitated the entire transaction to make it easy on me. In short, if you need roofing, gutter or any derivative sold at ABC, this is absolutely the only place to go in the Miami metro. Their level of customer service is phenomenal.

Called to inquire as to price and brand type of silver non fiber roof paint, and the lady advised the item was in stock and was quoted price for 5 gallon non fiber silver roof paint containers. Went to store counter two hours later to pick up (2) 5 gallons and front desk remembered my earlier and same day inquiry. Upon being charged, I was charged $10 dollars more per gallon than the two hour earlier phone quote. When asking about quoted price, no response was provided and shrugged off, had no choice but to purchase after making trip to this location. This was deceptive, dishonest and unprofessional upon this branch store.Update April 2019: Roofer painted non fiber silver roof paint and when opening cans noted the paint was hardened on the bottom of the 2 cans. He indicated that the paint was very old. I had been sold old product. This is from a professional roofer who is in business for 30 plus years.

They are stocking a lot more inventory now.Just be prepared to wait your turn.Also they have a lot of assistance for Permitting.Not really geared up for DIY.But if you go at slow afternoon they will help.you
