ACC is the absolute worst company I have ever worked for. Liars is putting it mildly. They tell you one thing and do the complete opposite. They are corrupt and are going outside of Cox with other businesses. Don’t waste your time with this company.

I am a former employee but make no mistake I am not disgruntled, even after their petty attempts at retaliation. My future is brighter by leaving a corrupt organization like this.ACC is the most unprofessional, cold, inhumane, law violating, insensitive, poorly managed company I have ever had the displeasure of working for in my professional career.Employees are overworked, undercompensated and treated like animals.They utilize fraudulent subcontractors.As an employee with past experience and knowledge of how to improve processes, procedures and morale naturally I offer to present these ideas I am told to mind my job function and that the owners don't care.Morale is non-existent.They preach safety then require employees to work inhumane amount of hours without the required rest time between shifts.They violate FLSA (Fair Labor Standards Act) regarding final pay as an act of retaliation for employees who resign.If Cox Communication were a publicly traded corporation and subject to SOX Federal Act laws the required audit findings would be interesting to know.Had I known what type of organization this was I would never have accepted their offer.

An ACC truck, COX CABLE contractor, just drove across my front yard. I went outside & asked the first man out of the truck why they would drive across my front yard. Especially since there is access from the road to the area they parked.. I was told "If I don't like it call someone" I did contact the number for Accelerated Communications & Construction Company with no satisfaction. Apparently the screw you attitude runs deep with this company. I did call Cox Cable after speaking with ACC & am hopeful that Cox Cable lets this group go. Absolutely the worst company around! AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!

They stink! They have a contract with COX so they get paid either way. They don't care if they run over your lawn, screw up your internet, or don't pay their bills. They hide behind that agreement and from what I understand they don't pay their employees a whole lot of anything. It's a revolving door.

Awful company all the way around. Time bomb waiting to happen. If you see their trucks in your neighborhood, get ready for your internet to get worse. I don't understand why COX uses them. Terrible.

Absolutely great place they came to my house and professionally and quickly installed my cable both guys were very polite and addressed my personal preferences as to how the cable was buried. Couldn’t ask for better service!
