TJ came out to our house to get measurements, etc to put together a quote for a new system. He said we’d have the quote by the next day in our email. Never heard from him or the company again. Never received a email or quote.We did get great service and a new system from another company, Mr. Kool. Glad we found them.

Our AC works great! The bill is more expensive than having individual window units but those things aren't built to last. The one that worked the longest was 3 years. All others have been replaced at least once.The only weird thing is that there's a smell of urine when the heating is on, but not when the cooling is on. I've sprayed Lysol in there, I've cleaned the space the AC is located, I've cleaned the filter. I can't figure out what it is.Edit: they came and burned off the dust that collected in there which grows a bacteria that lets off a smell like urine.
