After the Hail Storm. We had 5 quotes from local Roofing companies . And The Best Price and Presentation was Second to none was this company . Allison’s presentation was unbelievable and no pressure like the rest of the roofing company’s and there add on vents for releasing heat from attic was a Great touch and their quote was right on for approval for Insurance . From start to finish everything was Perfection .Quality, ,Workmanship and the Supervisor on site was overseeing the Job and made everything go smoothly . The team over at Oviedo-Clermont Roofing are phenomenal. I had some hail damage from a massive hail storm that passed through back in May. I gave them a call and they had somebody out the next day to examine my roof. It turns out I had some pretty significant hail damage. My field guy Ty was very informative and kept me in the loop every step of the way. I have a solar panels on my roof so they were able to take those off, replace the roof and reinstall the panels. The roof looks beautiful and the city inspector said this is one of the best roofs he’s seen installed. Big shout out to the ladies in the office Tiffany and Melinda. They kept me up-to-date with texts and emails for all the information I needed. I would recommend this company to anyone I know for roof repairs or replacement. OCR did a great job providing us a new roof. Starting with our salesperson, Allison. She was not fast-talking and trying to pressure us (like another roofing company did). She was professional, thorough and very helpful throughout the process. Once the job began, Kevin and his team were timely and worked hard throughout each day. Being in the customer service business myself, I took particular notice of how the team always cleaned up as they went through the day. Leaving our property, in particular the driveway, free of nails and debris.Additionally, throughout the process, OCR was in constant communication with us, making sure we knew what was happening at each step. I had Clermont roofing put on a new roof because of a hail storm. These guys are freaking amazing - from the supervisor Steve Pegues on down to each team member. Every little concern that I mentioned to them has been addressed and they were installing the shingles like it was their house. A few days before Clermont Roofing was to commence working on my house, they sent a letter to all my neighbors, explaining the work that was going to take place and apologizing in advance for the noise and the trucks that would be parked out front. Class act. I last had Clermont Roofing install a new roof after the hail storm of 2016. Most definitely, Clermont Roofing is my roofer for life! I highly recommend OCR Roofing; the entire team is extremely competent and efficient. Our insurance company did not covered our reroof project, so we were paying out of our pocket, we compared with several company and OCR presented a fairly reasonable and high-quality option.I work from home and the team was flexible enough to modify their schedule to accommodate my remote working situation and was able to do the entire roof replacement in only two days without interfering with my working schedule. Allison, our sales representative, is very responsive and detail-oriented. She showed me what to expect and described the distinctions between various shingles, as well as their pros and cons. She also provided the physical shingles so that we picked the right color that matched our house.:)I had a lot of questions because this was my first time getting a roof, but the crews were clear up all the doubts. For example, after the reroof project, I once thought that I had "nail pops" on my ceiling, but it turned out they were simply some dusks. After nearly a six-month ordeal - a nightmare dealing with Clermont Roofing, owner/contractor Patrick Scott, my 78 year old husband (a Veteran that many of you know as "Marine Bill") and I advise you hire a company that guarantees a correct, good job for their customers. Clermont Roofing is the absolute worst, most unreliable, untrustworthy company we've encountered to date. They installed a new roof mid March 2018, and field supervisor "Frank" advised us to wait a full week of heat for the architectural shingles to settle down before noting any issues or concerns - they would correct any issues. A week later, we noticed many rows of shingles were incorrectly measured and installed - rows of much shorter shingles (approx 3 inches) while the remaining were approx 6 inches. We contacted the office via email which prompted the arrival of their representative "Abel" to inspect - who reported the crew didn't measure the job properly before beginning, found unreported damage to our chimney, nails covered our property causing 3 flat tires. His inspection report prompted the dispatching of a "correction" crew of approx 6-8 men. Owner Patrick Scott met with us 3 times - seemed very apologetic and concerned - and climbed on top of the roof to inspect before and after the correction crew. My husband and I are an older couple - physically unable to climb onto our roof to inspect, and the work is difficult for us to see from the ground. Scott assured us the errors had been corrected, and we would see that after the shingles settled down. We made payment to Clermont Roofing - not realizing we couldn't trust Patrick Scott's report. We didn't realize we needed to hire an independent roof inspector to ensure a correct, proper job by Clermont Roofing - BEFORE making payment. Shortly thereafter, we found those errors had, in fact, not been corrected - Patrick Scott's report of the work was simply false - we have the photo documentation and roof to prove it. Rows and rows of short shingles remain across the front of our roof. We just recently learned they installed the wrong color roof vents - we ordered brown, they installed white. Owner Patrick Scott's "concern" lasted approx to the time he received our payment. We've since made numerous calls, sent numerous emails, sent numerous emailed requests for a return phone call from owner Patrick Scott - all ignored - and even answered and one of our phone calls and hung up on us. Mgr. Michelle Hanson (who posted a 5 star review of below?) made the statement that we "should be happy - it's better than it was." After 4 months of waiting for Clermont Roofing to provide the roof we paid for, we filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau, along with photo documentation of the shoddy work. Clermont Roofing's response: "The requirements of the re-roof contract have been fulfilled and the county has approved final inspection of the roof. Any work performed on the roof at this time would be considered aesthetic, not structural." IS CLERMONT ROOFING STATING - IN PRINT -THAT THEIR CONTRACTS DO NOT COVER OR GUARANTEE THE PROPER MEASUREMENT AND PROPER INSTALLATION OF SHINGLES? I spoke directly with the Lake County inspector who advised they don't even get on the roof to view or inspect proper shingle installation for "safety reasons." Inspectors simply view examples of contractor-provided photos of nail spacing, etc left inside the permit bag. He advised we file a complaint with Lake County Building Services. Clermont Roofing had nearly 6 months to do the right thing - to provide the roof we paid for - with correctly measured uniform size/color shingles throughout the roof - they've refused to do so to date. We'll have no choice but to pursue legal action. We've lived in Lake for 15 + years, and believed Clermont Roofing to be a reliable company that would guarantee a proper job for their customers - as you can see, we were very wrong. Speaks volumes of a company and owner that would do this to an 78 year old Veteran and his wife. See photos of the work you can expect from Clermont Roofing.

In the three years since the 2018 roof installation, there have been numerous callbacks for leaks due to missing shingles, inadequate flashing, and improperly placed gutters. Only use this company if you are knowledgeable about roofing and able to fully supervise onsite yourself.Workers take shortcuts that leave homeowners footing more bills for repairs that could have been avoided with proper workmanship.Though the company will respond to warranty calls; their "bandaid" fixes don't address long-term consequences unless you hire outside inspectors to ensure full compliance. Slow leaks may take as long as two years to manifest inside where you can see them. Unfortunately by then, the five-year warranty may have expired.Service: Roof installation

Since 2012, Rich has done all the work done on my home—among the projects are a kitchen, guest suite, and living room renovation, a master suite addition, pool/lanai renovation and a new roof. All were completed with a high standard of construction and were completed on time and on budget. We received two other bids for the reroofing work we needed and the other two were ridiculously overpriced. OCR Roofing was responsive and professional from the initial roof inspection through to release of work completion paperwork. We encountered decaying wood and other issues during the project and OCR owner and staff were exceptional and fair to deal with. They went above and beyond every step of the way. This is not a roofing company that participates in the questionable business activity that has created the insurance/roofing crisis in Florida that drives up homeowners insurance premiums for everyone.
