While we were not the owners at the time, Atlantic installed a new roof on our home in Marco Island. Fast forward to just after Hurricane Idalia -- my husband noticed a tile that was askew over our garage.After putting feelers out, I decided to look up the original company and called. Rick immediately offered to have Jorge come out and do a full inspection (at no charge) within a few days (even though it wasn't terribly urgent at the time).Within a week of that inspection, our wayward/damaged tiles were replaced effectively! We recommend Atlantis for their exceptional communication and work ethic -- both of which are a rarity in the trades these days. Thanks, Rick & Jorge!

I had my new roof installed by Atlantis Roofing in December, 2016. I am late with the review but time and weather is the best proof of quality and what better test could I have had than Hurricane IRMA!? I didn't lose a shingle! My old roof was horrible and Atlantis Roofing did a miracle on it. I recently Googled my address and zoomed in on my house and my old roof looked like valleys and hills. Atlantis Roofing did a great job; they even painted the pipes to match my house and roof and cleaned up the yard daily as they worked; they had a giant, heavy magnet to find nails. My house is small but it was a big job as I had many sheets of wood under that had rotted. I even had a roof leak before.They ripped out two layers of shingles and then found all the rotted wood. They also sent me pictures so I know they really did find and repair.I had an accident to my roof in January 2017 where my electric pole ripped out and after the electrician fixed it, he informed me that I needed to call my roofer. I called Atlantis and they came out to repair it but before I called them I tried to repair it myself by stuffing plastic bubble wrap in between the electric pole and the roof, then taping it. I'm SO HAPPY I called and set up the repair because if I don't think my "repair" would have held up to Irma! :-)Don't put off calling them as I'm sure there will be a waiting list to get on due to so many damages in Naples. Get on the list! It's worth the wait!Thank you Atlantis Roofing for putting up with me and thank you for making my little house pretty again. My neighbor needs a roof and has already asked who did mine. Hopefully you will hear from her shortly.

The roof was leaking and water was streaming down from the ceiling into several buckets so I called for quotes from various roofing companies in the area. There are time constraints and roofers in the area are very busy. Typically, I obtain three quotes from contractors for every home project and choose the best but this time I had five.Atlantis was the first to arrive. Jorge went in the attic and on the roof and investigated the source of the problem and took photos to back it up. He showed in one photo that there was one broken tile. Quote arrived the same day and was very easy to understand.The other four contractors that came here could not figure out why the roof was leaking or told me it was definitely my AC and I needed to call a HVAC contractor or told me it was something else and they couldn’t figure it out. One of these other contractors told me I had at least eight broken tiles on the roof. How would I know since I wasn’t climbing up on the roof? But this other company added it to their quote. There was truly only one broken tile and they were lying.Of course I went with Atlantis and I am so glad I did. Their guy was confident about his diagnosis that the leak was coming from the plumbing stack on the roof. He had photos to back it up. The quote was reasonable. Best of all, the team he sent here fixed the problem proving that without a doubt he was correct!I learned a few things from this experience and I wanted to first applaud Atlantis and Jorge. Very qualified!! Also, I learned there are a lot of contractors who have inspectors employed that are either not qualified or didn’t want a smaller job or would lie to buff up the cost.I hope never to have another roofing problem but if I ever do, I will definitely call Atlantis Roofing. This was an excellent experience and I am very grateful for their honesty, skills and reasonable cost. Now I’m letting everyone know!

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY REASON! This review is late in coming but I was reminded of them when I came across an old invoice. If I can stop anyone else from going through the hell that we went through I would like to do so. Numerous delays, cost was way over original bid, shoddy workmanship and worst of all, we had to deal with an owner or manager who was absolutely nasty. The job took so long that we were well into the hurricane season when our roof was exposed. It destroyed the interior of our condo. The result was that our condo valued at nearly $500,000 was destroyed. It finally was sold to an investor who paid $150,000 because it would take nearly $300,000 to put it back in a livable space. Atlantis roofing could care less and demanded that they be paid. The amount we paid was way over the price we were originally quoted and the cost overruns were never fully explained. Horrible experience!

We hired Atlantis Roofing in 2019 after Irma and it took me a while to post this review. I’ll explain why.I don’t normally post reviews. If I’m unhappy with a business I don’t complain, I just don’t go back.In this case however many, many of our neighbors and friends had new roofs installed from local as well as out of town roofing companies since that time. I can’t tell you how many of their roofs have been improperly installed resulting in leaks and end up fighting to get their roofing company to stand behind their work.From meeting with Mindy till the final inspection, the experience and workmanship was World class. Their not the cheapest but they’re fair. A roof in South Florida is a big deal and we’re so glad we made the decision to go with Atlantis. Family owned and expert installers. I felt obligated to recognize excellence.

We hired this company and have no regrets. From the staff to the workers, they treated us with great attention and respect. Their services were also reasonably priced. The most important thing to say about them was that they were very attentive after Hurricane Irma. They responded quickly and did a great job on our roof. I recommend them to anyone in need of their services. Very satisfied customer.

Atlantis replaced my roof with a metal one and gave me a 10 year warranty on it. They told me metal would outlast asphalt shingle by many years… 7 years into the new roof it started developing rust on just about every panel of the roof and has now started leaking and causing damage in the interior of the home… they told me since the home went through irma the warranty is void even though the rust started before irma and it started leaking years after irma.. i also asked for a formal copy warranty which they have yet to provide… one excuse after another… I now need to replace my entire roof again… would not recommend or trustService: Roof installation

My review takes into account Mike Dvorchak is excellent at his job and comes through for his customers. If it wasn't for him I'd be rating the company, Atlantis Roofing, a 3 to 4 because of the length of time it took to finish. The end product is great and the price reasonable for the quality of work you get. We get compliments on our tile roof from the neighbors but more importantly from gutter companies and bucket cleaning companies (to get pine needles off) who both see a ton of roofs. Close up they can see the quality in ours. Thank you Mike Dvorchak. You deserve a raise!

I used this company back in 2011 and was happy with the work. A neighbor needed extensive roof work last year and I told them to call Atlantis. They did and were happy with the work. The prices were what you would expect but hurricane Irma brought out the greed in them.I needed my roof tarped and all they did was stuff snippets of blue tarp under the roof Ridge tiles that came loose or were missing. They did that in a few more places and called that a tarp.They charged me $1200 for that worthless patch job. I had a tree limb on the corner of the roof at the time but they said they would return to tarp that because it was part of the job as soon as I got it removed. I had it removed the same day and they wanted another $650 to come back. Told them no way and that they are gouging so stay away from Atlantis Roofing!!!!!

When these folks get on a roof they work fast and steady. They showed up a little before 8am this morning and replaced about 40 of plywood roofing, got the new shingles on, and were gone in about 5 hours. The pricing was fair, a little lower than some competitors but not suspiciously low, the quality of the work looks to be top notch, and their staff are highly professional.
