The guys at SWF Roofing not only did a fast and efficient repair to my roof, they were also friendly and curious. Even though we didn't have damage due to the hurricane, SWF was still able to squeeze our repair in to ensure we were water tight before rainy season. It was also refreshing to receive pictures showing us what was rotted and where the damage was.No one want a roof repair, but if you've got to go through the process, I highly recommend SWF roofing!

I contacted a few roofing companies regarding visible broken tiles on the roof of our home. It seemed they all wanted to do a full replacement without even inspecting the roof. That was until I met Jake with SWF Roofing. He offered to inspect our roof with a drone and also inspect the attic. After a thorough inspection, Jake showed me the pictures from the inspection and he suggested repairing the tiles and having the roof cleaned. Jake sent me the estimate and I scheduled the work immediately. After accepting his quote, Jake sent me another quote saying he can have the work completed for $100 less than the original quote! The crew from SWF Roofing were here today and did an outstanding job. They were professional, polite and very caring of our property. I highly recommend SWF Roofing.

We just built a brand new house. The builder used SWF Roofing. We hired a home inspector before closing. He listed missing tiles, broken tiles, vents not painted, the way they installed the drip line. I was worried that the work was sloppy. Sure enough, one week after we moved in , the roof over the lanai leaked because they left a big open gap where the rooflines meet. No stucco, nothing. Just a triangular gaping hole was tiled over. Too bad I can’t post that picture. So now we are dealing with water damage for a brand new house. One star should be no stars.

I waiting a long time to write this review because Frank the owner told us our roof would look better over time it was a brown tile and is totally streaked with white and is the worst looking roof in Longshore Lakes he promised us it would look better but it does not and I don’t believe it ever will I’m sorry we ever paid them I am so disappointed in how our home looks I am now looking for a company that I can trust to fix this mess I gave one star only because I couldn’t post anything without a star
