The roof repair has been completed and I want to thank P.J. for the prompt and excellent work. Craig was very professional and knowledgeable in what was needed to repair the roof. Ruben was terrific, he worked tirelessly from start to finish. It was determined that no sheathing was removed/replaced and/or any wood required over the garage. The roof looks like new from the ground. It was a great experience working with Watertite, and very comforting to have a trusted workman on this job. My new roof is beautiful! Steve did a wonderful job completing the job for me. His team was on time and efficient. Once the tile was in, the entire job was completed in less than 2 weeks including inspections and clean up.(There are multiple homes in my neighborhood that have had roof tiles stacked on their roof for more than 6 weeks.) Additionally, Watertite's price was very competitive.

I can't think James and his crew! They were professional, and the roof is up to FL code now. PJ and Craig knew I had a April 7 date line to acquire another insurance. Our roof was very old and I got a non renewal notice! The mortgage company was going to take my house! With all of the people mentioned above, and their work crew, we can now try to find an affordable policy hopefully under 10 k. So we extend our gratitude for a job well done! Thank you!

Watertite was highly recommended to us by our realtor as we had minor roof repairs needed to sell our Florida home as our condo association is still in mitigation from storm Ian. I reached out to Watertite, they were quick to respond to view damage and provide us a quote. They were very informative in their explanation of what was needed and gave us a reasonable quote, the only caveat was they needed to find matching barrel tiles (if it's possible these guys apparently know where to find them!). All this was arranged over the phone with me here in the Northeast.Thank you Watertite for all your hard work to repair our roof, ultimately completing the final step in order to sell our home!If anyone is looking for an honest, hardworking, does what they say they're going to do, roofing contractor I highly recommend them, you won't regret it!

Had some tree trimming done and the workers dropped a limb on the edge of the tiled roof breaking two of them. Called Watertite, because they do all of the roofs in my neighborhood. They were prompt and came out to look at the damage and give my a quote to repair. Very fair and reasonable price and the repair was completed quickly. Watertite roofing came today to checkout 3 ceiling leaks we had as a result of hurricane Ian. Steve, the young man who came to do the inspection was incredibly thorough! He went up into our attic from my closet in the back of the house (even swept up the insulation that fell out of the closet!!) as well as from our garage in the front of the house and checked the roof. Recently the association had Watertite re-roof the Association's clubhouse . Watertite did an excellent job. Not only was the work done in a professional manner but when asked to ensure access to and tidiness around the clubhouse for a special event; they carefully removed all of their equipment and materials so as to make the space especially clean and easily accessible. In fact the cleanup was better than the Association usually does. After completion of the job, they came back and cleaned up removing any excess deposits from the roofing material and leaving the clubhouse cleaner than they found it. The job was accomplished within the quoted amount. Everyone has commented on how nice the facility is. I would add that the Association had considered other roofing companies but Craig from Watertite worked closely with the Association to address the Association's concerns and developed an approach consistent with the Association's needs and budget. Others seemed more interested in how quickly they could get in and out and not in what we felt we needed.
