Paid what was quoted and no extras. Crew was safe and respectful of my property and complete cleanup when they were done. Our Insurance Company needed more photos of our roof. We have been fighting teeth and nails to get this company to give our insurance company a mitigation inspection his gay told me our insurance company was being to picky. We had to hire another company to do the mitigation we would like a refund for the mitigation inspections. They never sent all the photos the insurance requested.Service: Roof installation

Ability should be on your list of roofing contractors when soliciting a quote. The company is a small business that performs like a top tier player. Their work is impeccable and their word is their bond.I've used Ability Roofing Solutions with two homes to great satisfaction. The one aspect of their work that is most impressive is their attention to the constant weather change in Florida. When beginning a roofing job, they go to great extremes to protect the home as well as plan the job to strip and cover in sections so that an abrupt change of weather doesn't damage either the roof structure or the home interior.While most contractors park a trailer or dumpster at the site for debris collection, Ability arrives with a dump truck and hauls away debris at the end of each day. An unsightly construction area is never an experience associated with Ability.The professionals who perform roof work are just that ... professionals. They are mindful of their surroundings, minimize noise to the extent possible, are courteous and focused on completing their work in a timely manner.No construction job is perfect and the occasional unanticipated difficulty will arise. Richard (business owner) responds quickly when needed. I hired Ability Roofing Solutions to replace a roof that was damaged and worn out over the years from weathering. They explained how it everything worked and was able to do the project within a quick turn-around time as well as on our schedule. They had the supplies delivered the day before so there was no issues with equipment and product. There was a team of 6 or 7 that came bright and early to work on the full replacement of the roof, including removing the old damaged shingles and laying new underlayment for a stronger life expectancy. The finished product is just beautiful and matches the house and our desires perfectly. One of the things that make a company professional in my opinion is they stick to their quotes and finish a job no matter what, and they did that! There were no extra demands about prices or fees when it was all said and done. The team of workers did not stop or leave during any of the weather conditions that we had that day due to a little bit of rain, and were completely committed to finishing the job they had started. They are extremely professional company and loved the communication that we experienced when the owners were here at the house. I enjoyed their work ethics and would definitely recommend them for your next project.

Very unprofessional group. This company was hired to replace the roof the year before we bought the house. (We happen to have a storm, which caused a roof leak and damage to the garage ceiling.) Under their 5 yr warranty, they were bound by contract to come repair it. They have cancelled, stood us up, and chosen to not respond when asked time and date for repairs. We first contacted the March 5, and now we are sitting here Saturday, April 27 for them to repair the ceiling with an appointment at 9-10 am. Now they say that they will show up around 12:30. Let’s see if they even show up. 😡

Would leave zero stars if I could. Ability installed the roof on our house prior to us purchasing. Once moved in I was told to call and have the warranty transferred into my name. After several calls and emails nothing has been done to date. It's literally been 2 freaking years. This has to be the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. If your looking for a new roof on your home I suggest getting a reputable company to do it and not Ability roofing!
