I have had numerous bad experiences with big lake Roofing we originally planned on having my roof done in the end of May there was no communication when I was calling to follow up on the starting date I left many messages with no call back eventually a week before my roof was to be done they called and told me they were a month behind the day we had on our contract we waited the month had our roof installed and then realize they had not done our ridge vent when we call the owner of the business and he responded with really horrible language and told us not to call him again. Kelly will lie and tell you whatever you want to hear and his only excuse is you got a good price!?!?! my roof is worse then before he stepped on my yard. there final recept/ certificate is way different then the contract you sign that has you scammed in. any storm voids any of there long fake warrantys and they leave you with nothing but bogas paperwork! I had to call the County Inspector who told me they had to fix it I then called big lake roofing and they said they would fix it but it wouldn't be for several weeks my AC isn't working well and it is due to their mistake that they told me isn't that serious we paid full and they have no remorse for what they did I would never recommend this company to anyone!!! STAY AWAY!!

Worst company! Don't believe a word they say! Mean nasty people that don't nothing but lie. It will catch up to them soon. Legal action is in the process! Stay away from this company!!!
