AVOID - They installed a roof on our new home, its only about 3 years old and has had to have several leaks/repairs bc of faulty work. We tried to reach them several times and they ghosted us.

Don’t use this company! They are the exclusive roofing company for my 8 year old community and I know of at least 7 homes that had serious roof leaks due to poor workmanship. Many were after the 5 year warranty expired and cost the homeowner thousands of dollars to repair. I’d give zero stars if that was an option!

They put the roof on the home we just bought in July 2023. The home turned 1 year old in July , so the warranty was up as of July 20, 2023. We had a major leak that has ruined the ceiling in one of the rooms of the home. They came out and admitted it was due to the improper installation in one area and still charged us $450 to fix it! Now I know why they were acting cagey when I called and they acted like they didn't really want to come out to fix it. I have no issue paying for work that needs to be done, but paying for them to fix their own mistake is not good business! But, the contractors they sent were very nice and very professional and I appreciated that.

I strictly don't recommend this company to anyone. Customer service is Sooo rude!!! They show rudeness right from the first call itself. I wonder how some HOAs are using this company for all builder warranty roof fixes.Stay away from this company, I haven't seen any company behaving so rude with the customers.

Did the roofing for my entire community brand new construction in Davie. One neighbor had to replace his entire roof within 7 years (Paul bange roofing is fixing his roof) because of multiple leaks. Another neighbor has had multiple leaks (3-4). I just had my 5th roof leak 7 years (all in different rooms of the home). Warranty is only for 2 years and then your out of pocket….5 leaks on a brand new home within 7 years is incomprehensible- CJM should come out free of charge and assess the work they did and address why my roof has has multiple leaks on a brand new construction home*edit* one day after posting the original post —I am watching a different neighbor with roofers on her roof today ( after talking with her they are fixing the 2nd different garage leak she’s had; all out of pocket)

Emailed on a Saturday and on Monday morning (7-20-20) CJM Roofing showed up to repair a leak in our roof. Eddie and another roofer did an outstanding job. They even took the time to check the entire roof for any additional problems. Well done!

They put in my roof 3 years as subs thru my gc. I have a leak in the guest house roof. I have called 3 times...the first time the receptionist said ‘we will call u back within the week’. The second time she said ‘we are really busy, it could be months before we call u back.’ The third time I asked to speak with a manager who told me that they owner would call me back immediately and the problem woukd b fixed. I am still waiting for that call back 2 months later. RUN away from this company.

This is an update on my previous 1 star review. They came back and fixed the leak on our 1 year old roof. Ended up being a problem with the gutters. They were very nice, courtiuos, and spent about 3 hours on the problem and fixed it.
