He promised everything would be taken care of rather quickly, and it is now approaching May and I still have no resolve with my roof issue… I understand these things take time, but beaver home services has been terrible about providing updates and where we are with the process or even getting me what I need to cover the issue that they found in my roof… You say you are customer focused but this proves you are not…

Owner Jeff responds to most reviews. I called the office with a problem. My roof was 26 months old. The one before this one was 25 yrs old and never ever leaked. I didn't get a call back until I edited my 1st review with my negative experiences. Our leak was then addressed and repaired in the last two days. Once it storms, then we will know.

I just had my roof replaced. The whole process from start to finish was a great experience. They were professional. They really cared about getting roof replaced not just repaired. The roof replacement was done in one day. I am really pleased with how it turned out. The roof looks great.

My wife and I used Beaver Home Services for our new roof less than two days ago. We met Rick H, last year when they were doing home inspections. He definitely told us we would get a new roof no matter what it takes. He was very professional always responsive always answered my text and my calls and after waiting several months for approval they fought for us and we got a new roof. Justin and the roofing crew were great to deal with. Justin had to work hard because my insurance company was trying to manipulate me into making repairs when replacement was needed, and Beaver home stepped up and went to bat for me. After a long battle, lawyers, national adjuster, etc., they got the insurance company to cover the storm damage they were obligated to from the beginning. 16 months later and I have a new roof. The workers were polite, fast, and cleaned up the mess when finished. We received 3 quotes from different companies and were trying to figure out what to do next. A representative from Beaver knocked on our door for a free roof inspection and we agreed. Brian handled everything with our adjuster, and within a month, a claim was submitted and approved with our insurance company, and the roof was scheduled. Brian kept in communication with us the whole time, and the tear off and installation took one day. We were very pleased with Beaver and the quick turnaround for our new roof. HOWEVER, the claims about no communication are CORRECT. If you experience a problem after the installation, you will NOT get assistance. No one will respond to your calls or texts. Can't say nothing about "Beaver" job, because, Can't get my roof replased for over 2 and a half years. It took David R. Heil, P.A. , recommended by Todd Romazko, Insurance Claim Expert, two years to get settelment from Insurance. Finally, incorrect check was received. Now, after receiving their cut, from November 2023 lawyer can't retrieve CORRECT check from insurance. All my contacts to lawyer's office lead nowhere. Guess, "Beaver" need to find more reliable and dependable affiliates.

This business is a scam. STAY AWAY! It took us over 6 months to get our roof, our insurance gave us a fight for 3 of those 6 months. Our roof was approved in January to be redone by our insurance, Beaver did not take care of our roof until April 2023. We have had a leak in the back room we did not know about until recently since we never use the room. The ceiling and carpet were soaking wet. We called Beaver and they claimed the fireplace was leaking, which it is. However, they refuse to replace it. It was our understanding when our insurance paid them over $30,000 to redo our roof which is under 3000sqft, that it would include redoing the chimney cap, since it is apart of the roof! They refuse to fix it and claim they do not have a general contractors license to do it even if we paid them. Now we have a rotted chimney, rotted plywood, stained ceiling & carpet. If this was an issue prior to the roof being replaced, it was never mentioned to us. They are the worst company to work with and they are like politicians, always giving a round about answer so they do not have to repair the damage they caused and never fixed.

If there was a ZERO star review, that will be the one I will be choosing to rate this company!!!***Beware of Unprofessional Practices***I regret to say that my experience with this roofing company: Beaver Home Services has been overwhelmingly NEGATIVE. The issues I encountered span various aspects, leaving me deeply dissatisfied with their services, management and customer service.1. Lack of Professionalism and Punctuality:The communication with this company is abysmal. After signing the contract, getting in touch becomes a herculean task. They rarely answer calls and take an unreasonably long time to respond to messages. The evasion of questions is a persistent problem. I started the process on Sept 2023 and they responded to my calls by December stating they will had everything done in one month from that call and had to wait until the end of April 2023 to have my roof replacement done.2. Surprise Visits and Invoicing "Shenanigans":Months of silence since signing the contract on September 2022 followed by unexpected visits to my roof with materials on April 2023 is unacceptable. Their invoicing practices are deceptive and unscrupulous. Initially presented with an estimate, I later discovered they had increased the cost they charging the insurance company, only to backtrack and ask for an additional supplemental payment of more than $2,000. They kept sending emails with invoices stating I owed them $3,387 (even after the insurance paid their portion and I paid my portion responsibility). When I talked with them stating what the insurance company told me about the amount, they decided to change the numbers that same day, sending me another invoice of $5,398, because there was an error on their end putting the numbers on their system. This bait-and-switch tactic is both unethical and financially burdensome. That's without mentioning that they stated that "whatever amount" the insurance company send me, even if it's higher than their invoice is theirs and they will change their invoice again.3. Property Neglect:During the process, they demonstrated a lack of consideration for my property. I lost count of the amount of loose screws left on my driveway and we picked up with a big magnet; which led to a damaged tire on my van. The crew was really inconsiderate when entering to our property thru our fence, breaking the wood door which required fixing. The absence of care and attention to detail is evident in their work.There is so much lack of transparency and accountability which is inexcusable. I strongly advise against using this company under any circumstances. While the immediate visual result might seem "satisfactory", the long-term consequences of stress and financial implications are detrimental. I hope none of you have to learn from my experience and avoid the headaches that come with dealing with this roofing company: Beaver Home Services.

I'm disappointed to write this review. I typically don't leave reviews when I'm unhappy with a service, but this experience left me uncomfortable due to their pushy behavior.Our old roof needed replacement, and they happened to be in the neighborhood. They asked to inspect our roof and discuss insurance coverage. Despite our clear refusal to make an insurance claim, they continued as if they would. Afterward, they tried to persuade us to use insurance, providing a quote nearly double what others offered for a metal roof - $18k out of pocket and $18k from insurance, totaling $36k.I quickly suspected they might be part of the problem causing high insurance rates in Florida through fraud. We intended to collect quotes without involving our insurance.This crew was the first to approach us uninvited, and despite stating we wouldn't use insurance, they acted otherwise. They even marked our roof, assuming we wanted to make a claim, though we repeatedly clarified our intent to pay for the new roof ourselves.To make matters worse, they knocked on our door four times after the visit and even FaceTimed us. Their persistence was invasive and unsettling. Please be cautious when dealing with them.

I must admit I was hesitant on dealing with the company due to some of the online reviews and because it was fairly new to the roofing business. This company was referred to us by a co-worker and our experience was top notch. We worked with Joseph H. who was truly a man of his word. He was professional, kept us updated every step of the way from the inspection to installation and completion. He listed to our concerns and took his time addressing every one of them. The installation crew was fast and respected our property. All discarded material and nails was cleaned up each day (2 days) they were at our home leaving our yard clear of all waste. I've heard nightmare experiences from other neighbors in our subdivision who used other roofing companies. This made me all the more grateful we went with Beaver Homes. Such a mixed review to give. I love the quality of work done at our house. Beaver found some great contractors to get the job done. Shout out to Rick and Francisco & his crew. Nathan did the interior, and the orange-peel texture looks great. Thomas did a nice job on the soffit as well.The office, however, can take its time. Scheduling each of the stages of work took a long time, about six months after the adjuster got the money from insurance and a few weeks from roof to interior and then to soffit work. Jeff works hard to build this business and keep it running well, and things happen immediately when he's involved in the project. Some of the rest of the team is working to be as responsive as him.I am happy updating this Google review and adding a couple stars for the quality of work and personal involvement of the man in charge. I'd recommend these guys and look forward to others leaving excellent reviews for flawless experiences.

Beaver solicitor person knocks on my door and says my roof has hail damage. When I tell him I just had this changed he says he is doing a neighbor's too and if I do not want to do it says "good luck" sarcastically. What kind of people are these? Be aware as this company is very unprofessional to say the least.

Kip was fantastic he worked hard to ensure that our roof was covered by our homeowners insurance company. When they wanted to just repair the damage Kip worked with the adjuster and convinced them that a repair wouldn't work and he got them to agree to a complete new roof. The installers were quick, through and did an amazing job. They were very professional and cleaned up behind themselves completely. We're very impressed and happy that we chose Kip and Beaver Home Services for our new roof. Highly recommend them for your repairs or replacement. Finally there was some minor interior repairs needed the sub-contractor Beaver uses is an excellent worker. He pays attention to small details and matches the paint color perfectly. He made 3 trips to the hardware store to correct the color match in our living room. When he finished all areas needing paint matched perfectly. I'm not happy with the conduct of my account Manager and how he handled our claim. He was dishonest and we were delayed our roof being completed by months. Released a deposit in 1st of December and my supplies were not ordered until February. He told us they would be coming out on 2 separate dates to replace the roof and no one showed up. When I called, he told me there was an issue with the county and they haven't approved the permit yet. I went to the county and they had said no permit was even submitted. He was not honest about the status of the work. I called him and told him I was going to void the contract and find another roofing company as I didn't want to play games anymore. Eventually the supplies were delivered and over a month went by before they came out to replace it. I was told it would be the following week. I had to constantly contact him for updates on my roof, which was annoying.However, the rest of the staff was completely professional and did a fantastic job and I loved the new roof, which I would rate as 5*.The only reason I'm dissatisfied is a result of the lack of communication from my account Manager.
