Brian Moore from JDN Construction made getting my roof repaired easy and seamless from walking me through the process of filing my claim with insurance in less than five minutes and getting my roof done as quickly as possible. Had a small leak that I had repaired twice prior to new roof installation and after roof was repaired it happened to rain and the leak was still happening. Contacted Brian and he had it fixed right away! Communication was always open and great! JDN failed to detect severe chimney leak during roof replacement inspection. When the leak was brought to their attention after the roof was replaced they were unresponsive to my numerous requests to get chimney repair estimate. Overall, I found JDN to be unprofessional and I wouldn’t recommend them to others in need of roof work.Service: Roof installation
