We are the Channel 4 contest winners. Massey did an outstanding job replacing our roof and dealing with all the extra issues we had. They installed hurricane straps, replaced siding, repainted, installed new color matched gutters... all quickly and efficiently. Excellent communication and cleanup as well, we couldn't be happier. The staff is wonderful! The salesman, the project managers, and the sales coordinator were all incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. They thoroughly and patiently answer all your questions. They did a fantastic job on the roof and thoroughly cleaned up afterward. I highly recommend them!

I was told by my insurance company I'd be canceled if I didn't replace my roof. Massey wasn't the first call I made but I'm glad I went with them. Daniel was awesome to work with and Alina and her staff in the office where also great. I've never worked with a contractor that was so good with their follow up and making sure they covered everything on the job. They got the job knocked out fast and the price matched to another roofing company. I've already sang Massey's praises to all my friends and Coworkers and I look forward to working with them again in the future!

They did NOT do my roof - but I wish they had! Yesterday I watched a team from Massey Roofing do a roof two doors down. The job they did was impressive. A few years ago I got to watch as my own roof was done - and it wasn't done even close to as nicely as the team from Massey did my neighbor's. First, and this is important, the foreman (Alan) was the first to arrive. There was frost on the roof and it was only 31 degrees - but he was there a full 30 minutes before the rest of the team. Then, when the team showed up they came in a van that was clean and looked well maintained. (In comparison, the van that brought a team to my house looked like it was on it's last mile and the team and all their junk -including a microwave oven and last weeks dirty laundry - tumbled out of it like a dump truck unloading trash at the landfill.) The Massey team worked through the morning cold and the afternoon rain - and they worked until dark. They cleaned up their mess and left the homeowner with a really nicely installed roof. They did all the little details too - even put down a kind of tape over all the board joints before putting down the underlayment. The details were all covered. Then this morning, once again, the foreman showed up first, followed by the team. They did a full sweep around the house, and the job was complete. From what I saw, if anyone asks me who to hire for a roof, I'm telling them Massy Roofing - and I recommend asking to have Alan supervise the job.

We got new Hardie siding from the folks at Massey and, from beginning to end, they were excellent. Robert took care of everything and made sure all the subcontractors did great work. Smooth process they took care of all the headaches with communication with insurance claim and adjuster scheduled the date showed up early ready to roll finished in one day tidy clean up the lady Alina who was in charge was constantly cleaning up after crew making sure the jobsite stayed clean and safe.
