Carl made the sales process seamless, and I was delighted to have the job scheduled earlier than expected. John and his crew were efficient, respectful, and executed a beautiful installation. I have no doubt that we will be enjoying our patio for years to come.

East Coast replaced our lanai enclosure. They were reasonably priced, flexible in scheduling, and their work was high quality. They will work with you to get the job done right, and satisfy the most strict HOA requirements. I would highly recommend the East Coast Aluminum team!

I agree with the other comments that they are a great company did a beautiful install. Unfortunately getting them to come back has been mute. The super gutter installed on house with the cage attached does not perform as it should. I have shared photos to them sent videos since November 2021. All I get is lip service. That some one will come out to look at the issue. Then they said they only work on dry days. We live in Florida every day has a 10% chance to rain. I called them every time it rains because the water from the room overflows into the patio and then into the pool so I end up pumping the pool out. All i have asked of them is to come and install a diverter along the super gutter. They cant even follow up with that. They come for the big ticket install. I originally put it in as a warranty claim to East Coast Aluminum under the one year. The one year came and went in February 2022. Since March this year when I call and speak to office staff they inform me they are familiar with my install and complaint and that I am on a schedule. They cannot verify or share when that is. Only that I am on the board and scheduled. Just amazing customer service. I called Joe the owner in April to share my issue with. He informed me to call the office staff and clearly that has fallen on def ears. when water falls in to a gutter it should not collect then over flow into the area it was meant to cary it away from. Please see attached photos. I cannot and do not recommend them. I did once I can no longer say they did and do a great job. No one should be lied to and ignored as I am on a clear issue from the install. I still have not received a call from their office to inform me when someone is coming by. in two months it will be a year I have been complaining about a legitimate issue. It would take one guy an hour or so to correct the issue. If O had the skillset I would fix it. Thanks for nothing East Coast Aluminum! Every time it rains monsoon or not it overflows.

My initial contact with East Coast Aluminum began on 01/06/2020 when I left a voice message to receive an estimate on my project. While it took some time (over one week), for a response from this organization, I was able to call back myself and spoke with Karl regarding my project concerns.An estimate appointment was made, and I was given a quote($4450) on what it would take to complete my project. Concerning the work, I will have to say that I am very impressed with the quality of my completed project. While my project extended two days, I feel that the necessary time and attention to detail were provided in the completion of my project.Regarding the wait time for an estimate, communication between salesperson (Karl), and follow up after the completion of my job, I would firmly state that I was not satisfied. Yes, Karl was very professional and friendly, but I feel that it's unprofessional for a potential client to have to call multiple times to request an estimate. Also, I felt at times that Karl was very much overworked and seemed rushed through my process from beginning to end.All things said, it is for these reasons why I give East Coast Aluminum & Screen a three-star rating out of five stars. I would still recommend this organization for your project needs, and I hope that the company truly reflects upon my negative expressions and make the necessary adjustments in their service to future potential clients.

East Coast Aluminum is a great company and their work and customer service are second to none. We love the screen room they installed on our home, it is just awesome. Joe Cartwright, one of the owners came to our house and let us know what we needed and how long the work would take to get completed. The work they performed was awesome. We had a slight issue soon after completing the screen room, but they responded right away to fix the issue. We would gladly recommend East Coast Aluminum to everyone who is looking for screen room enclosures, they’re the very best.

Came to know East Coast Aluminum through my pool contract. The guys came out, offered insights on the project, water mitigation, and things I hadn't thought about as a new pool owner. They were on-site on time, worked hard, built a beautiful enclosure and even helped trim in some areas that were difficult due to different slopes. They cleaned up and took off and left no trace. Really happy with the crew and owner, Joe.

We had an elite roof and super gutter installed in July 2022. Manager said he put his best installer on the job, we had several leaks with the first rain. I held back a few thousand dollars from the final payment because the roof and gutter leaked at installation. Manager sent out a crew to repair the leaks, it continued to leak after they "fixed it". Manager himself came out and repaired the the leaks in the roof panels and gutter joints. At this point, I paid the remaining balance owed to them. This was my mistake for trusting their service and warranty. The gutter still leaks at the joints, office or manager will not return emails, phone calls, text messages. I trusted this company because I hired them to install gutters on the house back in 2021, so for me the choice for the elite roof install was easy to make. This lack of customer service after full payment and still under warranty is poor to say the very least. I will not recommend East Coast for any work.

Chris and Jared came and tore down and replaced my front screened in porch. They did a great job, and cleaned up before they left, in a matter of hours. It looks great ,the new door functions perfectly. The only thing I would change is we had no notice they were coming ahead of time, snd we were getting ready to go somewhere.

So very pleased with the workmanship and professionalism of Joe and his team. They came in on time and on budget! I now have a beautiful extension of my lania thanks to the hard work of Danny and Daniel. Joe had Pearl do the pavers and right behind them came these 2 young men who worked quickly and expertly in installing the screen. Loved that Joe took care of everything from the paver contract to all permitting and inspections. I would highly recommend this company for your home.

Slow responses took 3 days after initial call to get someone to call back then another 3 to get response of a quoteI think they need help 1man run job requests 1to stay in office writing them up calling ppl back or sending Emailed QuotesIt seems they have 1man doing both so he’s tied up all day running measuring then eventually has to spend maybe Fridays in office doing ppr work
