Hurricane Ian dropped a palm tree on our garage and the insurance adjuster told us the entire roof needed to be replaced. Juan Henao with Quest immediately went to work negotiating with our insurance company and was able to secure a large enough payout to cover all of the roof repairs. They completed the entire roof demolition and installation in two days and were very professional in staging the area to avoid dropping roofing nails and other debris into our yard. Abel and Juan were amazing and feel blessed that I found them for my new roof install. The communication and professionalism was top notch. There was a delay in the removal of my solar panels and they jumped through several hoops to reschedule the supply delivery and install of the roof. The helped me with all my questions about a permit I needed for my solar re-install. This was above and beyond. When I bought my new home it had a 22 year old roof, so my homeowners insurance required that I replace the roof. I did some research, and I went with Quest Roofing. I dealt directly with the owner, Juan Carlos Henao. He immediately put me at ease. he was very response whether via email, text or phone. They have a large, professional crew. My roof was done in under 2 days. They did an excellent job with clean up as well. I would definitely recommend Quest Roofing.

Quest Roofing replaced my entire roof in early 2019. They worked with my insurance company so I didn’t have to. I had other issues with a beam in my attic that was rotted and Quest roofing was able to get that replaced as well. We used Quest Roofing to replace our roof after the hail storm damaged the roof. Either one of the owner always on site to supervise the term. The whole team worked hard and fast with quality workmanship. All the arrangements schedule from delivered the materials, delivered dumpster, picked dumpster and clean up on time and complete with care. Very well communication every steps! Highly recommend!
