Frank was professional, helpful, well-organized and he thoroughly explained the entire process. He was very patient with my energetic, overly-excited kiddos. :) He wasn't even scheduled to come to our house, but made time to stop by. Dan went above and beyond to help me get started on getting our water issue corrected. Frank and Dan both went out of their way for us, and I am very happy with the service they provided.

I can’t say anything but Great about this company! They were called on the job by Best Home Services after they assessed the situation. This was water damage. Within 20 minutes of the call Sean Tucker was present. Sean was very professional! He tested all the walls for moisture as well as assessed what needed to be done. Gave a quote and preceded with the needed work. The worked was completed with fans and humidifiers placed. This is a horrifying situation to be in. Water damage creates order and mold. I the next day I had neither. Sean Tucker knew exactly what he was doing. This made my experience much easier to get through. I would recommend this company “Highly “. Ask for Sean Tucker!

I couldn't be happier with this company. On July 3, 2023 I had a pipe break and the water rushed into my home as if a dam burst. Bryan and Travis were on call that evening and came out in record time to assess the damage. They stayed until 4:15 am extracting the water and creating excellent documentation. I couldn't have survived this without the two of them. I also had the pleasure of meeting CJ and Darien who are also amazing technicians. they kept me informed the entire time they were here and kept my spirits up. The Colorado Springs office (Jonathan Mooney, owner operator) of United Water Restoration provided immediate, responsive and professional assistance to us on a Saturday morning. My husband walked downstairs to find a water drainage problem in our furnace room that was causing water to go under the drywall and into the hall carpet. We were able to stop the cause, clean up the damage and avoid a worsening situation. We were very grateful to Jonathan M. and Michelle S. for their excellent service and expertise. I live in Winter Park. I noticed a very damp spot in our bedroom rug. I called a plumber promptly to conduct a slab leak detection. The plumber detected the water was leaking from our toilet, not under the slab. After rebuilding the toilet he contacted United Water Restoration (UWR). UWR was very prompt with a response. Randall and Cody were at my house within 30 minutes after my phone conversation with Randall, the field supervisor, late on Friday afternoon. Randall clearly explained to me what they were going to do. Cody, the technician, set up and monitored the water/mold mitigation equipment throughout the weekend. Cody promptly responded to my text message on Friday evening to address a blower that had turned off. Cody listened to my concerns during the monitoring process and helped move a dresser, bed and rug back into place upon completion of their work. I would highly recommend their service. People are who make a successful business. Both these individuals provided prompt service and addressed our concerns professionally.Service: Water damage-related mold removal

I called Robert (referred by my plumber) to come out due to a water leak in my bathroom wall. He sent out his employee Calvin, who couldn't of done a better job. Was on time, professional, responsive, answered all my questions, showed me what to do (wasn't a big enough job to file a claim), and lastly was just a very friendly enjoyable person, who likes his job. I live in Winter Haven Fl. I had some flooding due to hurricane Ian. I dealt with Josh Harmon,Johnathan Nunez and Misty Odom. They did a wonderful job helping me with the water mess I had. If you want a good company this is the one to use, but ask for Javier and Jake, they are they the ABSOLUTE BEST!!!!! they walk you through the process and keep you updated and in the loop with feedback (I have had companies in the past that have not!!) I cannot say enough good things about Jake and Javier, they are AMAZING. If you have any questions, they will return you calls or text promptly, they make the process easy and are so nice and kind, professional and are on time!!!!!!! United Water Restoration provided clean up services and did fine; however, their administrative offices were a nightmare to deal with. I sent them an insurance check containing an overpayment and had to wait a month before receiving the refund. During that time I called and was provided with vague answers as to why the long delay. I requested that a manager return my call and no manager ever called. The administrative area was extraordinarily difficult. It wasn't until I stated that I would be filing a formal written complaint with the Department of Business and Professional Regulation that I finally was issued an electronic refund. Beware that if you have difficulties with this company, trying to work with their administrative staff will be a frustrating and difficult process. I do not recommend this company whatsoever.Update: The representative called me to discuss this review and the discussion turned into a "he said, she said" argument. She still could not explain to me why no manager ever returned my call as requested. My review stands. I will not raise the star rating. Their follow up call that was more of an argument further shows why I would never recommend this company. Use them at your own peril.Service: Water damage-related cleanup & repair

My COA hired this company to do mold remdiation after hurricane Ian. Chris said this would take about a week; it took 3. When the air quality company came out to do the air quailty test after remediation, the tech visibily saw mold in the master bath. United Water came back out and treated the area. The air quality company came out a second time to discover that they saw mold again in the master bath. After at third go, the air quality test could finally be done.We have extensive damage to our drywall where the company removed the baseboards and crown molding.When I returned to the condo to clean up after the drywall repairs, I found what appeared to be MOLD. I contacted the company and got a quick response. They came out and confirmed that it does look like mold. They have offered to send someone back out to treat that area. I declined. I will treat it myself. I do not want them back in my home.While the supervisor was here, I discussed protocol for removing drywall that has mold and was told that the area should be contained before the drywall is removed. IT WAS NOT. The company only put the plastic barriar up after they had removed the effected drywall. The plastic was not put up until they were about to treat the area.Service: Water damage-related mold removal

United Water Restoration came recommended by our plumbing company after they noticed mildew prior to a plumbing work.They responded to our inquiry immediately and scheduled an appointment for the very next day, a Saturday. Mayra was detailed in her assessment and explanation. She checked each room thoroughly and after finding high moisture levels in several rooms they removed our baseboards and implemented equipment to dry the affected areas. They finished their work by cleaning the areas thoroughly.I was impressed by their responsiveness and professionalism and I recommend them if you ever have the unfortunate experience of water damage.

Working with David to get the project quoted and set up happened without a hitch, and the work done by Rovin was nothing short of superior. Total professionalism in every way and communication/details covered to the nth degree. My home was left spotless every day during the work, and at the end was set up so I could survive in my kitchen until it is completely back together. They also rescued me from a small situation post-completion that could have caused another serious issue.....With all of that said, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company!!!
