Darien and Christian were wonderful making sure everything was done to properly. From explaining what needed doing to removing the flooring that was ruined by the water.They pulled up flooring that had been glued to the floors! It was removed in a matter of hours and the cleanup was done!Thank you Darien and Christian!

Darien and Dan were awesome. They came to my home within a half an hour of calling. They were there waiting for the night making sure to finish the job. They explained everything thoroughly to me. They were very knowledgeable and made the process easy. They were definitely most helpful at a time that was very stressful. Say effectively ripped out the soaking wet padding under my carpet and installed fans throughout which dried the carpet very quickly. I highly recommend them and would use them in the future, but let's hope I don't need to. Good customer service is hard to find these days, but these guys were great. Kiddos to them

The team from The United Water Restoration Company is absolutely amazing… I was a total emotional mess until CJ and Darien showed up to ease my mind.They quickly determined where the water was coming from and eliminated the source and vacuumed up the water… they left the proper equipment to dry the property out .The next day they were back to remove the the wettest flooring.I told them that I had prior issues from mold toxicity and they quickly brought Hepa filters in … The one dry area in my condo has a hepa filter and a zip enclosure to be used as a doorway and I am able to sleep 😴 safely and soundly knowing my breathing won’t be adversely affected!! Mark, I believe to be the team manager was wonderful bringing me a fantastic Chicken sandwich and other refreshments as this was my first night sleeping in my Néw condo and my life was in an upheaval until they arrived! I was very impressed with the tech who came to the house, Travis. He was quite thorough and conscientious, prepared a diagram of the work to be done, and discussed recommendations and options for how to proceed. He communicated with supervisory staff as needed, and throughout the preparation and setup I never felt uncomfortable with the decision to hire this firm for the cleanup process.

After my water pipe burst in the living room, Darien and Christian came by same day and every day thereafter for two weeks checked the equipment/dehumidifiers and property. After conducting a through initial test, drew a diagram where water damage and mold were growing behind the walls to assist with the insurance claim.They were consistent in the follow up and notified me on the situation throughout the entire ordeal.

After a broken water line flooded my home we were in panic mode and didn’t know what to do. We were referred to United Water Restoration Group by the repair plumber. In mere minutes after reaching out for their help we received a call from Mr. Mark Burger assuring us they could help immediately. Sure enough within the hour a technician arrived, performed his diagnostic and presented us with some healthy options to get things started. From start to finish the service was purely white glove. When we had a questions and placed a phone call to Mark our calls were always answered as were all questions and inquiries.
