Phillip and his crew were awesome, they did complete job in two days. Had a couple spots on the end caps where they did not come out perfect. Victoria called to make sure all went well with roof install, I told her about these spots. Phillip and crew were out the next day to take care of these spots, metal roof looks great! Dustin’s warm and kind personality put me at ease immediately. He went above and beyond to ensure I was completely satisfied with the work that needed to be done. I was greeted in such a friendly manner as soon I walked in the door by the receptionist and office manager Violet. We hit a couple unexpected bumps due the previous company’s faulty installation 3 years prior and the entire team was open, honest and caring the entire journey. They came up with a fair pricing structure and made sure everything was 100% ok the entire time, completed the job at a rapid pace. I would recommend this company to everyone. It goes to show that there are companies out there who will add that personal touch and take pride with their workmanship. Allstate recently replaced my roof and gutters after a hailstorm in April. Wesley and Jeremy did a great job getting the proposal together and getting the project underway. They explained the process and the roofing product options expertly, helping me make the right choice for my repair. Once it was started, Violet was fantastic at communicating the status as they took care getting all the permits and paper work in place. The Allstate team worked with the insurance company to make sure the work and materials were covered. Everything went smoothly and painlessly. I appreciate the work that goes into making the job go well.

Such was my experience with Allstate Exteriors with the recent re-roofing of my house. Wesley's initial inspection and program introduction, the insurance application and inspections, Jeremy's initial project oversight, the re-roofing installation team, Phillip's excellent project management, Violet's great communication (accommodating my scheduling changes), coming together to the completion of the project - all was a 5-star experience. Customer service, the quality of products, and installation was beyond expectations and I would unreservedly recommend this company if you have a roofing project. Wow, can’t say enough about my experience dealing with Anne Hile while assisting a family member in Vero Beach. They had roof leaks and had received an insurance denial despite all their neighbors getting new roofs and gutters through the claims process. Anne was friendly and informative about each and every step. She was very patient in explaining the process. She gave our family hope in an otherwise hopeless situation. I had no idea that there were ways to deal with insurance denials. Not only did she take detailed pictures of the roof, she was also able to get us coverage for some of the interior work. We had 4 other roofers who didn’t mention this help was available. Thank goodness for Anne and her diligence - she’s a roofing Angel! Vero beach is lucky to have her.

I worked with Anne Hile to get my roof done. She turned a stressful time for me into a pleasant one. I had to make an insurance claim for roof damage and she came up with a plan to get it covered even after the claim got denied with obvious damage. She even found someone to remove and replace my solar system! The workmanship was also impressive. I had a lot of delicat plants as well as a sailboat I am constructing. Care was taken and no plants or the sailboat were damaged. I even saw them cleaning up any possible nails left behind with magnets.

IMPRESSIVE!!!!I had no idea how convoluted the roofing process could be when it comes to insurance. I had an insurance denial after a hurricane claim and had given up hope for resolution. Months later, a friend of a friend overheard my upset and insisted I call Anne at Allstate Exteriors for help. I was told don’t assume it’s too late and so thankful I made the call. Anne Hile has literally been a life changer. The process was complicated but she handled all the heavy lifting of dealing with insurance and never gave up the fight to make sure I chose the right avenues to pursue my claim. She gave patient explanations and always addressed my concerns in a timely manner. I wish I found her sooner! In the end, I recovered the value of my roof and new installation as well as coverage for interior damage that occurred as a result of them dragging their feet.Anne has a vast knowledge far beyond roofing and the insurance process and is a delightful person overall.Ask for her by name - Anne Hile. She really does make homeowners smile.

Damaris came out her presentation was great. She provided us with lots of knowledge and answered all of our questions. We are still getting quotes and deciding on who to go with not because of price cause everyone seems around the same price but we are looking at how much plywood they provide...what is the cost for extra plywood...what warranty do they have ect...
