The business owner, John Higuita, came for the evaluation of our job and explained everything that needed to be done, what would be done each day & the expected outcome. He arrived on time (or a little early) each day and went right to work. His workers specialize in the job each performs. The site was prepared exactly as the mold assessment professional had recommended. At the end of each day he would explain what was done & what the activity for the next day would be. He documented everything with photos & test readings & was very professional. I would give Jhon more than 5 stars if I could. I contacted Jhon online to get some mold remediation done in my home. When he visited, he came to discover the mold problem was quite serious and he immediately gave us advice on how to remedy the problem. He agreed to conduct the mold remediation and began working in a very thorough and careful fashion, and they made sure to properly close off the target areas so the rest of our home remained safe from any debris or mold. Throughout the job, Jhon did a great job of explaining the whole process so we understood what was going on. He and his team took care of everything and they completed their work in a timely fashion. They arrived on time every day and worked diligently on the remediation. Jhon also provided me and my family with great advice on what we should do moving forward with our repairs and renovations. Without his help, I truly believe we would not known what to do, nor would we have received such high quality care!

i can't say enough about this company, jhon and his men.....my home was destroyed by water damage........mold was everywhere.......jhon and his men came in and right away lightened my troubled heart.....i had no idea what to do or how to get started.....jhons kindness and compassion walked me thru what needed to be done......the house was a disaster !!! jhon and his men did such an amazing job i can't commend them enough .......just amazing !the job they did is excellent !!! if there was anything higher then that i would say it......my home is on its way back !thank you jhon and the great men you have working for you.....i will be forever greatful for all you have done for my home and my heart....if you are sadly put in the same situation with damage.......please don't hesitate to call bio restoration......they will treat you as family.....
