From customer service to production manager, everyone has been very kind and communicative. Michael and Clifford were very kind and had so much knowledge about roofing and the company. The process was easy, from meeting them to signing the contract, my roof was on in less than 2 weeks.I did have a concern with the roofers and people dropping off product, it was in regards to them not letting me know of start time, however the production manager called me the same day and was very kind. He apologized and was glad that we let them know, so that they can help with that going forward.I truly recommend them to anyone, very very kind individuals and very communicative. They always get back to you same day with answers to your questions.They also were able to get my insurance company to give me new gutters.

Bob, the owner from DR Roofing was great! I couldn’t get any other roofer to even come out to look at my roof, but Bob was doing another roof in my neighborhood, & told me he was 95% sure he could get me a new roof by the insurance, due to Wind damage. He was exactly right, & he gave me a beautiful, architectural roof. He was very assessable. He had his crew work on time. He was extremely patient & professional, a rarity in the 21st Century! I highly recommend DR Roofing! You will not be disappointed, I assure you!

What began as a routine roof replacement following hail damage, quickly became a major roof replacement when shoddy craftsmanship from the previous roof installation was uncovered. John worked directly with my insurance company, secured approval for all required repairs including getting my roof up to current hurricane standards, and managed the replacement of my pool screens and rain gutters. We had a Bad Hail storm that damaged a bunch of Roofs here in Florida.I didn't have DR Roofing install my roof. But, I had four neighbors that used DR. to install their roofs. I watched the installs start to finish. Their team did a Nice job.Covered the bare wood when a shower came over. Pick up scraps each day. We are lucky here in Melbourne to have a number of Great Roofers and DR is one of them.
