Our new furnace and AC were installed by Geyho Designs , and they performed a fantastic job. Both Jose and Ernesto were cordial and competent. They were on time and gave a thorough explanation of the tasks they would be performing that day. As they worked, they took great care to cover our carpets, shield the house from any harm, and clean up after themselves. We had a great experience overall and are pleased with the new system they installed. I'd suggest them to everyone.

Excellent decision, no regrets! Was damn near 11pm on a Saturday night and both freaking units died at same time NO AC!! Called Geyho Designs llc , left a voice mail since after-hours, not even 3 minutes later their service tech Jose called me back, got directions to come out. He diagnosed the culprit, changed out a couple parts and had both units back up running. Charges were absolutely fair! Cold air, Wife and kids were happy, that makes me happy! Worth the extra late night fee by a long shot! Thanks guys!Btw - after 48+ yrs of owning multiple homes in Florida, I'm quite familiar with most of the AC companies that have come and gone in our tri-county area...your company went above and beyond in my book.

ValueThis is the only HVAC service I call in the Melbourne area. I live in Palm Bay and thank God that I found Geyho Designs. Very trustworthy, honest personable, courteous and reliable. When I need work done I know that all I have to do is call and I have no worries. The service is excellent and the work is done right the first time. I fully recommend Geyho Designs to any and everyone looking for HVAC service in the area. There is none better.

UPDATE-JAN, 2024I needed new air and heat. I scheduled with Geyho. Installed. I wanted my NEST thermostat connected so I could control the temp from afar. Jose took care of it and all my concerns. I've now had new ductwork and full hvac system installed. I'm ready for the hot summer ☀️!July 2023-I knew something was wrong with my air because of the alerts my thermostat was sending before I arrived in Florida. On June 25, I did not expect to walk into a home with no air! I went to my favorite app,YELP, to find a contractor. I knew I needed duct replacement (raccoons), but I thought I could hold out until December (Not). I looked for quotes and then also how I felt about the presentation of each company. I needed help quickly because I was here with no air. Geyho Designs was it! Jose was phenomenal. The detailed communication, good response, and he was customer service oriented. As an HR professional, I value all of the above. He did my ductwork in a day and a half. He also diagnosed my condenser, but that was fixed by the original installer. I need a whole new system, future state, and I'm going with Jose at Geyho, as opposed to my original HVAC purveyor. I will have the new hvac system done btw Dec and Feb at the latest. I appreciate good work down here in Florida and wanted to share my experience. I'm leaving 1 star off so he can wow me on my next job, a whole new ac system.

From what I can tell, this is the only AC service company that has staff smart enough to do ductless AC. None of the mom&pop shops in my area would even consider ductless. Shame as it’s far more convenient, better value, and less maintenance. Plus, if a unit goes down, it’s just one room. (Ductless compressors are far more dependable than they were a decade past.) One call and Geyho was out, typically the same or next day. The staff were well spoken, savy in diagnosing the problem, and courteous in their treatment of the house and occupants. I’m very happy Geyho Designs.

Geyho Designs llc was the best! Our ac had stopped working. Another company told us we needed a whole new system. Geyho Designs assured us if they couldn't get the system working, that they would provide window units to keep the house cool until they could get the system fixed or replaced. Geyho Designs came to our house within 2 hours after contacting them. They immediately diagnosed and corrected the problem. They were professional, honest and reasonably priced. No high pressure up-selling. Just honest customer service. Thank you Jose for a well-done job.
