Our flat garage roof was leaking so we decided since the main roof was 18 years old, to do it all at once & replace the shingle roof with a metal roof. Justin came within 2 days, inspected the roof & gave us an estimate right away for the roof replacement & to build a slant on the garage roof. Hough's estimate was the best of the 3 we got. Because they are so busy, it was going to be at least 2 months before they could get a crew to do our roof, but they came just a few days after I signed the contract to temporarily fix the leaky garage roof. Just over 2 months later, the crew came to install the new roof. They were finished with the whole job in 6 work days & did a great job. I highly recommend Hough Roofing!Service: Roof installation

Justin with Hough Roofing was wonderful! Jonathan is always a pleasure to speak with. The crew was great and did an awesome job. The crew knew that we have dogs and were extra careful with cleanup so no nails or debris were left behind. There was a minor issue with a gutter but Hough replaced when it could have just been fixed. They definitely went above and beyond for customer satisfaction on that. Completely satisfied with the work and would recommend Hough roofing for a job well done. We will be using them to do our screened areas as well. Had a new roof installed by Hough Roofing this March. The crew was fabulous and did and exceptional job. Not only was the roof done but they also installed two vents and a skylight. Work was completed in one full day plus a couple hours the next morning. The crew was very careful to make sure the clean up job was done properly making sure that no nails or debris was left in the driveway or the yard. Cannot say enough positive things regarding Hough Roofing. I was in a jam - constant patches still were giving problems. I called 3 places, one gave an outrageous bid and was dishonest about my current roof makeup, one never responded, and then there was Hough. They responded immediately, gave a very reasonable quote, debunked and the other inaccurate info I got, but that’s not the part that has me writing this. They were swamped, many weeks out as far as next available time they could replace my roof. Plus, supply was a potential hangup. Jonathan got the order in right away and followed up on timing of the product, Justin and Mr Hough both spoke to me about timing and they told me they’d do all they could to expedite for me - and they did. I couldn’t believe when I got the call that they were squeezing me into their calendar. Throughout all of this, they were responsive and answered my MANY questions. The communication or lack there of is crazy , I ordered a garage screen door kit in on April 13 I believe , it was explained by Justin that it would take 6-8 weeks , it's now the 14th of Aug , 5 MONTHS later and I still have no doors installed , I left a total of more than 4 emails and numerous phone calls and got no call back and a couple of replies from emails , i went to your office on 8/10/23 spoke with Tim , got a call from Tim the next morning saying Justin called him and 3 door kits mysteriously arrived and they were going to be out Sat or Mon , Mon worked better for me , cool im finally getting somewhere with this company i thought , nothing happened on Mon , let's see how long till I hear from them again or get the work done !

I looked at the reviews for this company prior to writing this. I read a few that boasted about Hough Roofing arriving on time & I can explain why.At approximately 11:30 this afternoon, I was driving down Babcock when I noticed a white Hough Roofing truck, looked to be the size of a Ford 350, pulling a white trailer behind me. The speed limit is 45 on Babcock between Malabar Rd and Palm Back Rd. I was driving 48. The truck flew past me at approximately 60 miles an hour weaving through traffic.5 miles over is one thing, 15 is reckless!Speak to your driver!

August 2019 - Hough Roofing installed Plexiglas sliding Plexiglas windows to my existing enclosed lanai, and constructed a new 10'X25'screened enclosed patio with roof. The patio included a 6" concrete slab with footers reinforced with 1/2" rebar. Work was professional and completed in an expeditious manner. Workers were friendly and professional. Work site was cleaned up each night and at the completion of the slab, landscape was smoothed and prepped for homeowner follow-on action. Charles Singletary's concrete work was really good.The dogs and grandchildren have thoroughly enjoyed the roofed screened patio.July 2021 - When minor maintenance was required, I called Hough Roofing and they responded, making a thorough inspection and performing the necessary corrective maintenance in a timely fashion.I am totally satisfied and recommend Hough Roofing.Services: Gutter installation, Roof repair, Roof installation

Did a re-roof in 2016 for us and never closed out the permit. Meaning it was not inspected after the job was done. We are now finding older damaged wood that should have been replaced at that time. We called Hough Roofing and they said they would get back but have not. I have been leaving messages on their answering machine daily without getting any response for the last week.UPDATE: The roof failed the inspection. They left exposed nails and didn't glue down the cap shingles. Seems like whoever put on the roof was not properly trained in roofing. Hough Roofing has not returned our calls, and I left messages daily on their answering machine. I am amazed that they are staying in business.

Hough roofing is in high demand and could not get to my roof prior to Dorian. When i spoke to Justin about the leak around my sky lights and the storm, he and the crew came over and secured a tarp over my skylights, they did this FREE of charge! Three days after the storm passed they were on it! The crew were super polite and respectful. If i had any questions they were always happy to explain and they did an excellent job. They also went the extra mile and accommodated me by putting Hardie board siding (instead of vinyl) on the elevation in front of the house. Its a pleasure to come home to such a beautiful roof! BTW, you can hardly hear the rain. I will definetly use them again for my soffits and fascia, and hopefully a screen room in the future. Thanks for everything!

They did an excellent job on installing and upgrading a porch to an enclosed Florida room for me. They added tinted vinyl windows and insulated kick panels which really makes this room nice. I did call them because when they installed the storm door they didn't install a threshold, allowing leaves and series to blow under the door. Also, when they caulked the windows and panels they didn't caulk the bottom of the panel which contacts the concrete, allowing water to blow under the panel into the room. I contacted the owner, Allen, he refused to come back to correct the problem.

I do NOT recommend Hough Brothers Roofing. I had difficulty getting them to come to my house for a quote. I made an appointment at their convenience, was home between 9 and 10am that day and was called at 1015 to "see if I was home." I returned Alan's call at 1035 and said I was still available. He said he might "fit me in" in an hour. When I wasn't sure he said "forget it" and hung up. I am unimpressed. If they treat me like that I can't trust their work.

Hough foofing built a beautiful Lanai with a bird cage roof in 2014. They did a wonderful job and we enjoy it immensely.In 2018 we decided to add a composite roof. They scheduled us for August but because of the hurricane they experienced a backlog in jobs. We are so glad we waited. Hough did a wonderful job and it was well worth the wait. Now we can enjoy our lanau all year round.We can not hear the rain landing on the composite roof. Hough Roofing is honest reliable and stand behind their work 110 percent. I highly recommend them. Jewelry for my house.My husband and I contacted Hough Roofing after three random people in Palm Bay gave us a verbal recommendation. We received a quote for 12k for shingles or 16k for metal. For that small difference in price we went with the metal. The guys were quick, thorough and I could not be happier. On the down side, it did take longer than quoted, but it is summer in FL and it rained a lot. I will post pictures later.

It’s been over a week called office no answer at or office and no service for messages.Justine is the bottom of the roofing workers sloppy sh\t show. If he lives like he works probably lives in a pig pen.I have never seen such abuse for property or no pride in Workman ship. I would never recommend them.In fact I might go out of my way to let the public know this company in the bottom of the barrel.I will continue to call to speak to owner maybe he doesn’t know or care what goes on in his companyBuyer Beware!!!!
