They did my roof last year. I needed a complete new roof with decking. Was given two estimates what the cost was without new plywood (base cost), and what he thought it would be to fix damage and replace plywood (extra cost and needed). Total estimate was on the mark. Very friendly and respectful during initial estimate and other meetings. His crew was even more friendly and respectful. They did there job, cleaned up as they went, and showed up when they said they would. After a year I have no issues with my roof, and highly recommend them.

Michael's crew did a fantastic job stripping off my old roof and installing new skylights and shingles. The price was extremely reasonable and they were professional at all times. As a realtor who frequently recommends craftsmen to do work on clients homes, I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

I have been roofing for 22 years straight and this is by far the absolute worst company I have ever worked for in Florida! Florida code that says that you have to renail all of the roof decking with ring shank 2.5 inch nails, to be sufficient with current hurricane codes, they are not renailing the roof deck at all and they are also not tearing off any of the old underlayment. They do not use peel and stick as new underlayment, just synthetic roofing underlayment (does not seal the nails what so ever) They do not take off the old drip edge (perimeter metal) and reinstall new, they just reuse the old. The other installers were very very poor quality workers as well. They are only worried about getting allot done, throwing quality out the window. The so called forman was a heavy guy named Wayne who has only been roofing for 4 years. This is by far the absolute worst roofing company in Brevard County! They wouldn't roof my daughter's doll house! Save your time and money and call JK Behan or Paul Horsheal & Sons, both are out of Melbourne and both do everything above and beyond what is required by Florida code
