Oak Crest roofing made the entire experience of having my roof replaced a breeze. That was all mainly due to Miguel . He was and is an outstanding representative of this company. From day one he was transparent, honest, and stood with me to ensure the cost of my roof repair was little to no cost out of my pocket.From day one I was given a honest and thorough inspection; well also given a detailed breakdown of materials, cost, and procedure. Miguel also went above and beyond as he was able to have my solar panels removed and reinstalled at no cost to me. Well; also finding a trusted installer that professionally and swiftly removed and reinstalled my panels.Mike, the crew, and Miguel made the tear down and repair swift, clean, and was ensured the home was left looking almost better than before they arrived. I have recommended them to many family and friends and would recommend this company over many locally in my area.Thank you Oak Crest and Miguel.

A roofing team of 6 show up very early in the morning and started to replace my roof . Miguel the person that was in charged , went above and beyond to make sure everything was removed and replaced correctly . To my surprise Miguel and his team finished my entire roof replacement in one day . I highly recommend Oak Crest Roofing to everyone in the Brevard County Area .

I really enjoyed working with the Oak Crest Roofing staff! Cloe Bradshaw was my initial and main point of contact throughout the entire process. She is AMAZING! She kept me abreast of everything that was going on. Not to mention she's one of the most authentic and nicest persons I've met. To round out the team was Keith Michaelfelder who ensured things overall went smoothly and Pamela Burch (the money lady...lol) who worked with me to set up my deductible payment. In this day and age when customer service is almost non-existent, this Oak Crest Roofing team served very high customer service and made this a very wonderful experience for me! I immediately received compliments from my neighbors. OH....I just happen to LOVE my new roof too! Thank you, Oak Crest Roofing!

Ok, so after 30yrs of being insured with NO claims, the first time we did have a legit claim due to a Florida hurricane, the insurance company said NO! What?! We will be FOREVER Thankful for Keith at Oak Crest and his team. Also their affiliates at Ask an Adjuster. Where we had no hope, they walked us through the valley of the shadow of Insurance Death and delivered us from evil! Miracle! They stuck by us for as LONG as is took and made it happen! Our roof is beautiful and feels amazing to be tucked in dry and tight.... Thank you Oak Crest Roofing for being Diligent, Professional, Compassionate and Badass at your job! I can give this company high five. Miguel Pabon approach me one morning to check my roof. I said I don’t have any leaks and my roof is only 11yrs old. He convinced me to check it. He found some hail damage. He was the one that contacted my insurance company. The inspector even found more damage. I didn’t have to wait long. Within two weeks everything moved forward pretty fast.They did a wonderful job.Please don’t hesitate to contact Miguel Pabon. I promise you, you will love working with this man. I hope the company appreciates him as much as I do.

I cant say enough about how great they are to work with. Keith was on it. He and his associate came out and found storm damage which ended up being covered by insurance. Saving me thousands of $$$$. Even though my insurance company forced me to use someone else. He still offed to “check- in” with me to make sure they do it correctly. Just a wonderful company.
