Superior one is truly superior. We felt very comfortable with Derek he was not a pushy sales person but someone who is compassionate, personable and confident about his product his crew and warranty! And I see why,his crew and Kraig did exceptional work! Janil kept us informed and was very respectful of our time and professional. They helped us with replacing a lot of unforeseen and hidden wood rot on our decking and trim. Our property was cleaned as if they weren’t even here and the process was so fast. We are very pleased and very thankful ! Thank you superior one ! Trust in them they do it right.

Everyone at Superior One was such a pleasure to work with. Ethan was knowledgeable, personable, prompt and professional. He was patient with me as I picked out materials too. Melanie did a wonderful job of scheduling and keeping me informed. Jordan was also extremely knowledgeable and prompt. I felt confident every step of the way and my roof is beautiful. Also, I couldn’t believe how clean they left everything. I did not find one nail in my yard after they left! Superior One is truly superior.

This company made things super easy. They were very understanding as I went back and forth trying to work things out with insurance versus just paying out of pocket with the MSFH program.Perry, Melanie, and Jesse were my team of helpers that got me my beautiful and most importantly, functioning new roof. I’ve had zero issues. They cleaned up well after themselves and were super professional. Jesse seriously went above and beyond!Because I paid out of pocket the process was super smooth and quick. The only concern I would have had was with the slower timeline it seemed like was probable when were originally going with insurance.

Love our new roof! Superior One Roofing made the process of evaluating our old roof, choosing a new materials, and even demo and installation a positive experience for our family. Every single person from the owners, project manager, and the work crew was professional, caring, and skilled. They were excellent at explaining our options, educating us on the available product choices, and communicating exactly what we could expect through the process. All of our questions were answered and the work was done on schedule and with a minimum of mess as promised. This is a company that does what they say they will do, and sticks to the time schedule they set. Our whole house was done in 2 days. We are so happy that we went with Superior One and would 100% recommend them.

We had a great experience with Eric. He made sure to walk us through each step to ensure we had the best experience. Even when he thought it would take three months to get the crew out to finish the job they came through after about a month to install our new roof. The crew was quick and kept our yard and debris clean. Our house looks great from the outside and we are forever thankfully to the great service given to us by superior and Eric.

Being a contractor myself I value top quality work at a fair price. Superior One Roofing did an outstanding job on my metal roof replacement. Jody and Matt could not have been more helpful in coordinating everything. Also Melanie the scheduler kept me appraised as to when the take off crew and metal install crews we due at my job. Jason and Tim the crew leaders were equally as professional as well as all the hard workers they have. When they were completed they left the jobsite as clean as if they weren't even here. I highly recommend Superior One for all your roofing needs!

Matt and Jodi were extremely professional during our initial meeting and came back to answer all of our questions and concerns in regards our roof.The community between the staff, installers, sales was impressive. They even had a Project Manager at the office contacting us throughout the procees and even a Project Manager at the property supervising the installers.I have had many roofs installed in the past at other properties and this by far has been the best to deal with.Highly recommend this company. We are very satisfied with the job that Superior One Roofing has done on our new roof. Ethan is an amazing sales rep who is patient and listens carefully to your needs. He is knowledgeable about every aspect of the process and followed through on everything we talked about in a timely manner. Jordan led the actual installation. It went so quick and the clean up was impeccable. Kelly was great in calling us during the installation and again when all was finished. She sent out the request for the wind mitigation while talking to us and we were called by them within an hour to set up appointment to get it done. There are no delays with this company and their workers. Great job, everyone! We highly recommend this company!

Superior One Roofing was great from start to finish. Scott Walls was invaluable working with my insurance company to complete the claim for hail damage and scheduling the replacement. Kraig Jenner and his roofing crew were amazing and efficient. They arrived at 6:00 am and got right to work The roof and inspections were completed by 2:00 pm. This wasn't fast, careless work. I watch this crew from start to finish and they had a set process. Everyone did their piece and they were fast, efficient, and thorough. The experience with this company was flawless. We just re-roofed our home and was very happy to use, and happy to recommend, superior one roofing. They were the most professional, but not necessarily the cheapest. One day job and they were done, cleaned up, and they've been extremely helpful and organized getting all the random subs out to completely finish the job. I'm sure other companies are good too, but if I had to choose, I'd use Superior One based on my flawless experience.

My metal roof looks nice! Scott Case helped me during my appointment with my insurance adjuster. Scott Case and Laura explained the insurance process. They went over the entire claim explaining each line of it. Before the installation, Kraig, my project manager, came to my house to do a walk through and explain how the project was going to be. He was very knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. My project coordination, Janil, was extremely helpful. She is so sweet and professional ! She explained the entire process from start to finish, communicated during each step and even texted me pictures of my roof during and right after the installation. What a great team and the final result was amazing too!

We recently had our roof replaced due to storm damage. Derek did our roof inspection and guided us through all steps required for our insurance claim. He was extremely knowledgeable, answered all our questions and followed through on all promises made.Sherry was our Project Manager and coordinated the roofing crew. I had a metal roof put on recently by this roofing company! This roofing company was amazing and very professional. They were excellent with clean up at the end of the day. There was a bit of an issue with the metal having a defect that was already placed on the roof. Jodi and Matt immediately took care of getting that metal removed and making things right. Melanie was also very helpful with being in contact with me and giving updates! I highly recommend this team for a job well done!

I am so glad that we decided to work with superior one roofing. Jodie and Matt were great honestly answering all of our questions. They helped us with everything though out the entire process. Kraig and the roofing crew were excellent. Arrived early and worked hard for 2.5 days. 12 hour days. They put a beautiful roof on my house and 2 buildings. Jodie and Matt were upfront from the beginning about who they are, what they do and how it all works. They were with us every step of the way with the insurance company and everything happened on time exactly as planned. Jodie saved us from making a serious color mistake and the new roof and trimmings are beautiful.
