Had no idea how to clean streaks from a shingle roof, but Jon of Green Solutions solved the dilemma. Using environmentally safe products, the soft washing technique used removed all the algae build up and made our roof look new again. Responsive, professional service, I would use them again for other services which they offer.

My mom had some hurricane damage from Ian along with much needed interior updates and repairs. We called Green Solutions and immediately spoke to Jon who came out to inspect the property. Not only was he prompt he was also friendly, knowledgeable and honest. We have had issues with other companies and people to get repair quotes and that is if they even show up for appointment. I highly recommend Green Solutions and would hire them in an instant. Jon and his guys did an outstanding job.

I hired Green Solutions to clean the gutters on my house last year. I wasn’t able to be home on the day they were scheduled to come, but they said that wouldn’t be a problem.After they supposedly did the job, I received an invoice. I was still able to see sticks and leaves sticking out of my gutters, so I called to let them know the gutters don’t appear to have been cleaned. “Oh yeah we didn’t come out. We can reschedule” was the response I got. So why did I receive an invoice? They rescheduled and this time I took off work to wait at home and make sure they came. No one showed up.The third time I attempted to get them to clean my gutters, after taking off a second day of work, someone did show up, claiming “no one told me about the last appointment you had made.” The gutters were eventually cleaned, but if I hadn’t been vigilant about holding them accountable, I would have been scammed.Update: I was contacted by Jon, the owner, regarding this review. I do really appreciate that he took the time to address my concerns, explain the mishap, and try to make things right.
