I had a young man named Jason Lee came knock on my door today and at the first site, I thought it was another solicitor which my neighborhood is notorious for but when i opened the door and he explained why he was here and that he was trying to help out the neighbors with a free damage assessment on their roofs. I let him get up there, and he was very professional and careful with being on the roof and also gave me a full photo report showing that my roof was in good health you don’t find good people like this especially with how the world is these days so thank you Jason and Apex Roofing and Restoration!

Tyler Peacock was very nice and knowledgeable. He took his time inspecting the roof and talking to me and my elderly father. He explained everything clearly and was very patient and respectful when dealing with my 93 year old father.

I would not hire this company. They completely ignore the No Soliciting sign at our neighborhood entry gate. I sent them an email message in December, asking them to stop their reps from entering our neighborhood and knocking on our doors. Seems to have been a wasted exercise. Another Apex rep did it again today and seemed to not understand what No Soliciting means. I'm requesting that our HOA bar this company from doing business here. It is possible to follow the rules and still succeed.

Guys came out to my house and offered a free inspection after bad storms we had recently … chandler came out , did the inspection and gave some great tips. When our roof needs repairing or replacement I will definitely contact Apex

As hurricane season is upon us I was in desperate need of a new roof. Luckily one day I get a knock on my door from Chandler working at Apex, he inspected my roof quickly and signing up was a breeze and a couple weeks later I got a new roof!!! If you need a new roof and one of these men knock don't turn away!!! Very professional and great communication skills I was very pleased I will recommend them to all my friends!

Door to door sales rep obviously cannot read. I have a No Soliciting sign posted in front of my garage door at the beginning of my sidewalk, another one posted in front of my house before you reach the front door, and another one posted directly above the doorbell. The rep did not ring either my regular doorbell nor my video doorbell, but instead stood there, and showed his business card into my video doorbell's camera lens. Please hire someone smarter than this, who can actually read.
