We experienced a water leak in ceiling after calling insurance company to report claim we were referred to Cinergy Restoration (Pensacola location) for water mitigation of our home. The team (Anthony,& David) arrived within hours and scooped out the extent of problem and set up equipment to begin drying out our home. They explained Thoroughly the process to mitigate the water damage to prevent future problems. They returned daily at stated time to take moisture readings in our home . They treated our home like their own in removing wet material that could not be salvaged. They addressed all concerns that we had about our possessions and attempted to relieve our anxiety . Anthony went above and beyond in helping me remove items in damaged to help protect them from future damage. David was polite and on time in making his daily check. David and Cameo used great care in doing demo to Not cause additional damage to our home.Even as you might expect from the flooding of your home the anxiety was diminished by the Professionalism of the Cinergy Restoration team. I hope no homeowner has to go through this situation but if you do I Highly recommend Cinergy Restoration.
