Delta max and Antony have been working on my house for reroofing and they did it better than I expected. There was a short notice and they were ready literally on the next day to start working. I was out of town at the time and they did everything without my presence on the site. Quickly and professionally. They cleaned the front and backyard, fixed some gators and sent me pictures taken before and after. After that I have decided they will be my general contractor for the bigger new construction project.

I hired Delta max company for my roof replacement. They made the whole process very easy from start to finish. The job was done with a great quality in the same week when the contract was signed. They covered the flowers and the whole area around the house with a tarp and cleaned after themselves so no nails or any pieces of shingles had left after they finished. It is hard to express how highly I regard Delta Max Inc. In 2021, just as the supply chain and labor markets were at the worst, I purchased a house for a total gut, renovation. I couldn’t find a handyman who would show up or get a contractor to even call me back. Then I found Delta Max. Anton Baryshev, not only called me back, but always showed up on time. He also responded to my calls and texts, promptly. He listened to my concerns, and we worked through some complicated issues together. He offered alternate solutions when my original ideas weren’t feasible. For instance, I wanted to install a pocket door and was disappointed when it was not possible. Anton suggested a sliding barn door instead, and it looks spectacular - much better than my original idea. Most importantly, Delta Max stands behind its work. At one point, I was told not to pay an invoice until some issues were resolved. In the end, my vision for this renovation was realized, which resulted in the house selling for its full asking price in only 7 days on the market. Delta Max is a fraudulent company that offers elderly single woman small amounts of cash(500) up front and will pay the value after selling the house only to be evicted and homeless months later and have been since the 500 that was said to be a gift was given Delta Max(Anton) used intimidation with another man on a 72 year old lady and native of Pensacola for signatures on legal documents I am disappointed in their ethics and antics to gain while putting helpless citizens on the streets
