The Malone crew is working on my neighbors unit (in a commercial building) and you would think there's a WWE wrestling match taking place up there. And to top things off the neighboring unit was painting so we had to open our back office door to air it out. Two employees from Malone (who we did not hire) decide to use our facilities and trashed our restroom. I just spent my whole lunch break cleaning up after them like children. After calling the headquarters Mr. Reed assured it would be handled and that's not how they do business. I never imagined adults conducting themselves this way unless I saw it with my own two eyes. I hope the quality of roofing is better than the conduct by employees.

You wasted my time man, I waited for a week for your estimate to fix a roof leak you came out here and gave me a estimate to replace the roof instead of repair it. Your company has a secretary and estimator and then work crews. In your price you are giving me what it takes to pay your secretary, estimators and work crews, your truck payments and building payment and you still gotta make profit on top of that and maintain your image as a growing company. I found you in google search results. They should have you in complete roof replacement search results instead in roof repair. You are taking up the spot of an ordinary person that fixes a roof leak what a consumer wants, and you are taking up that spot for what you as a business want. It’s not fair for the consumer to try to figure out which company is not going to waste his time and just fix a simple roof leak. From a simple roof leak you coming to my house giving me a thousands price. You couldnt find where the roof leak was when you got here so you got a motto. “ if we can’t find the leak go the profitable route and replace the whole roof. “ you should get investigated and put on the news as shady roof companies that got mottos like that. And I never received the estimate in my email after he came out to give me the estimate.

This company wanted the best but would rather hire individuals with no experience or put individuals that had 2 yrs at the most in charge. But then they would want you to do a repair and not do a long term fix they are scammers in the industry, charging $150 to $ 180 a hr. Then 100% price mark up on material.Oh let alone while the Malone’s are living up on the beach while they pay individuals low scale wages. Check there locations they are all in states that the pay scale.is tremendously low. Oh if you hire them watch them carefully they are told by the owner and sons just go up on the roof and slap some stuff on it and go ! Then it will be a 18,000 dollar repair with no warranty

Jasmine Creek apartments hired these guys to fix the roof above my apartment that was leaking MONTHS ago and was fixed at the time of the original leak. Then these dumbasses come and tear up the roof during a torrential downpour causing even worse leaks than the original ones. What was originally two small leaks is now dripping through light fixtures and ruined a DVD player and PS3. We expect better from not only this company, but jasmine creek apartments as well whose rent is way too high for bullshit like this is be acceptable.

We hired Malone to fix leaks in our apartment building. They have had to come back FOUR times because the leak is still there!! I get a call this morning from the tenant and guess what? It's still leaking!! We will NEVER be using Malone again!!
