Selecting Guy Brothers Roofing and Siding to work with me to enhance the exterior of my commercial building was a very good business decision for my firm. From the very first meeting with their sales representative, Joel Millar, it became obvious to me that Guy Brothers was uniquely different than the other firms I was considering. Joel was eager to assist me with determine the pros and cons of select materials, prompt in submitting his proposal and answering my questions, while also providing various renderings with the materials and colors that were being considered. These things along with his effective communications and prompt responses to my requests set the bar high for me in doing business with them. Upon selection, I requested a zoom call with Joel and their project manager, Donnie Jeffers, to discuss the scope of work, schedule, quality expectations, safety requirements , and the challenges of doing the work without negatively impacting the ongoing business of our tenants. Donnie took charge after that meeting and developed a work plan that delivered the project 2 days ahead of their original 14 day schedule all while his crew worked safely without any incidents. During the course of the work, Donnie stayed in touch with me on a daily basis to ensure all of my expectations were being achieved. Both Joel and Donnie represented their company in an excellent fashion and did everything thing and a little more than they said they would.As a retired construction executive myself, I was looking to select a firm than held the same attributes with their capability and commitment to their clients as I had with my contracting firm. Out of the 3 firms being considered for this project, I selected the most qualified team, and not the low bidder. Afterall, one most probably would not select the low bidder to provide open heart surgery in an emergency situation would they?Guy Brothers delivered a successful project for me and my firm. They fully met my project expectations and I can easily say that the value I received for their work was well worth the incremental premium in their pricing.I strongly recommend them for any siding projects you may have coming up in the future.

The crew of 7 roofers under Manuel's direction arrived at our home at 0700 and finished the roof around 1430. The roof looks fantastic and the cleanup of the yard was impeccable. It was a wonderful experience to watch professionals who were responsive to our every request. Adam Ward, our sales rep, gave us the lowest estimate of the 4 we received. He applied a military discount which we also greatly appreciated. I highly recommend Guy Brothers Roofing to anyone who seeks good quality at a reasonable price. Very good experience!!! Dylan was excellent with communicating and keeping me informed. He always answered phone when I texted or called and was able to answer all questions and provide necessary information. Workers were neat , clean and polite and did a nice clean up job. Dylan was by several times checking on progress and completion of job and assured me if there were any problems ( which there are not) they would be taken care of. I definitely would recommend Guy Brothers for roofing work.Be sure to ask for Dylan!!!

I had new siding installed and some damage repair from Guy Brothers. Every step of the way they were professional and prompt. We had a couple minor cosmetic issues at the end of the job and Guy Brothers came and fixed those perfectly within a day of us reporting them during the company's follow up inspection. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!I recently contacted various contractors to get an estimate for a new roof on my house in Navarre. The sales rep contacted me to set up an appointment but every time I gave a time and day, he came up with some excuse that he couldn’t be there (“he wasn’t gonna be in the area that day” “he had a doctors appointment “….blah blah blah). I told him that he could visit the property, leave me samples and email me the estimate.It took him 8 days to visit my property, sending me text letting me know. Not a problem right? I had asked to communicate via text message. I was not at home that morning, my wife was (but unable to talk, was on a conference call). He literally knocked/banged on the front door for 8 minutes. I get a text, “guess your wife is home but she didn’t answer and I really like to present my products.” As I reminded him again, that she wasn’t available nor I to meet in person, to continue the inspection, leave me samples, and email me the quote.No samples were left. Did not receive a quote that day. 2 days later, I, yes I followed up with him via text, and he said that he would be working on the estimates “this afternoon.” Did not receive that afternoon. Literally, 5 days passed, no estimate. I again, yes I had to follow up with him and ask when could I get my estimate (in the meantime, I had already had 5 contractors visit, leave samples, provide estimates etc…). He finally responded and said “working on them now.” I finally received 10 days after his visit to my house. Ironically his quote was on average 8K above others. Honestly, if he sent in a quote for $0, I would have not done business with him.Adam, go back to installing roofs, you definitely are not cut out for sales buddy.

Guy Brothers Roofing is a very professional, courteous business. Starting with the estimate, the experience was stellar. Mr. Robert Ingram did a full walk around the house, then on the roof examining it for any problems. He was also open to answering my questions. Then the workers arrived in a very timely manner and got straight to work putting down tarps around the house yard and garden areas. Then they took to the roof and started removing the old roofing materials. They took a lunch break then got straight back to installing the new roofing materials. My roof was in bad shape. It was old, had leaks and needed several special repairs due to some old vents, a removed heat stove and a transition to a flat roof. I called several roofing companies. Some didn't return calls or show up for estimates but Guy Brothers was firing on all cylinders! They had a very competitive and reasonable price. Their crew was very receptive to my requests and did a very detailed job with replacing the damaged wood, transitions and removal of no longer needed vents. They even went above and beyond! One of their crew noticed a weak sheet of plywood and upon inspection in the attic it was cracked badly. He caught it and replaced it. That crew was a well oiled machine. They cleaned up as if they were never there. I was impressed. I have several properties and have had 3 roofs installed over the past 2 years. Each with a different company. This experience was by far the best of the 3. I will use and recommend Guy Brothers from now on. Their foreman (Jake) was top notch as well. He was always and still is a phone call away. I would highly recommend Guy Brothers siding. My family decided to refurbish, replace outdated, cedar siding with hardy board and batten and lap board. The project took a little longer than expected, due to unforeseen circumstances of an older home. The project finished results are more than I expected. They genuinely care about there community. We just had a roof damaged due to multiple storms earlier in the year. We then started to have leaks, when we notified our roofer of the leak, he was out and putting multiple tarps on our roof. Any problem we have had, we got reassured that it would be ok. Good and Bad....I used them on two properties one roof replacement which was fine the other was a roof repair which was not good, went almost two months waiting for a leak repair with the promise of them getting to it this week or next then there was no communication until I initiated contact at which time they could get to it the next.day. Look at other reviews it appears they don't, although they advertise they do, like repairs if that is the case be honest front and allow the customer to find another source.

We needed a new roof after 18 years. We got 5 etimates. One box store, two corpoartions and two local. Of the five two were unresponsive and we interviewed three. We decided on Guy Brothers (Westside). Jeff and his wife did the estimate and explained everything. No big sales pitch, just the facts. They emailed our estimate that very evening. When I got it I thought, damn, I didn't ask if they had a discount for military. I called Jeff and he said yes, no problem and sent a new estimate. That's customer service. When the materials arrived, We got a call and date and time they would start. The crew was right on time and at work before the sun came up on both days. They completed our roof in two days and it was like no one was here when they left. Excellent clean up job. Jeff came by to inspect and we walked around the house and he checked things out.
