Grant is such an intelligent and personable guy! You can tell he really cares and knows what he's talking about. He also knows exactly how to explain things so people like me who aren't experts can understand what's going on. Very honest and kept constant communication. Grant was fantastic from the first day I spoke with him in regard to my need for a new roof on a home I was purchasing as well as the removal and re-install of solar panels. From start to finish Chris and the Hightower crew did exactly what they said they would do, and more. I was looking for a roofing contractor to give some advice on the my roof in PCB. Chris came out, did the inspection and provided spot on advice as to how to proceed. He interfaced/coordinated with insurance company as needed and was onsite regularly as the work was being done. Chris Ahman is the best !!! This was a remarkable experience from beginning to end and everything in between. Chris is completely honest and extremely considerate to our circumstances. Our home below suffered a pretty substantial amount of hail damage. Thanks to Chris and Hightower Industries, our home has been beautifully restored now to a state that is better than before. Chris Ahman operates from a different creed compared to other contractors we worked with. I personally am a civilian contractor that works in the aeronautical field and I would be more than willing to recruit Chris with his superior code of ethics to assist us in manufacturing aircraft. His attention to detail and result oriented approach, should definitely promote him ahead of his peers. You guys there at Hightower Industries truly have a gem on your hands. Our home was damaged by a tornado in January 2023. Out of all the roofing/general contractors that I have talked to, Grant Rowell was the most professional and the most straightforward and I personally felt his genuine eagerness to help us out through stress of repairing our home. He helped us with retarping the blown off section of the roof and used his drone to better assess the damages even before we decided to hire him and Hightower Industries (of Pensacola) for the repairs while we waited for UPC and FIGA to settle with us. He never made us feel as if we were just another costumer. He was always available to answer our questions and made sure he visited our home after a project was completed. We were kept well informed of the process from Day 1 and he explained to us every little detail of what we needed to know about the contract, repair estimates, repair schedule, warranties…the whole nine yards. I hired Hightower to re-roof my house, and they did a great job. They use top-quality Owens Corning shingles, with lots of colors to choose from. They did my entire job quickly, in less than two weeks from first contact to job completion. They serve Crestview area, as well as Pensacola. Financing was quick and easy.
