UPDATE: Today, Mon July 24th, the Owner emailed me an unprofessional message in response to the several reviews I made and the certified letter I sent to the company according to FL ST 558.004. In the email, the Owner said, 'You've not been kind to me or my staff, and I've been EXTREMELY responsive to you.'"Here is the updated story:The roof was re-roofed 2 times in February and March 2021 in Pensacola FL due to several leaking issues. Leaking issues continued from time to time.On March 13, 2022, additional repairs were done by the company.On Saturday, June 17, 2023, I had a light cover ball in my bedroom closet half full of water after the rain, and there was water on the floor of my laundry room.On June 18th, the company advised me that they will come over on June 19, 2023, and they did.On June 27, 2023, I had leaking water through electrical in my bedroom closet.On June 29 and July 2nd, I was advised that “The heat has just been overwhelming this week and limited my work hours,” but the owner came to my property, and I believe he was doing some repairs.On July 8, 2023, Saturday, I emailed new pictures of the water leaking through the lamp in the bedroom closet.On July 10, 2023, I was still experiencing leaks due to rainy days. I emailed more pictures, but unfortunately, the owner was out of town again.On July 11, 2023, I had to place a bucket in the middle of my closet due to leaking water and continued taking pictures for myself and emailing them to the company.On July 12, 2023, the company tarped my roof.On July 16, 2023, I reminded the owner that it would be nice of them to repair my roof. I sent an email on July 17, 2023, as well.On July 18, 2023, Tuesday, I was promised by the owner, “I'm going to be there on Thursday. I don't know what time yet. I had 2 different vehicles go into the shop yesterday and today, and I'm just waiting to get one back.”However, no one showed up on Thursday, and no one contacted me to notify that something happened again in their business, such as someone being out of town or someone’s vehicle being in the repair shop, etc.On July 21, 2023, Friday, I contacted the company again over emails and asked what happened yesterday and why no one showed up. There was no answer.When I wrote a review on Google, someone answered my review in 57 minutes.Today is Monday, July 24, 2023 My new roof is tarped for 2 weeks and no one contacted me or come to the property for the repairs.The water was leaking for a long time in my laundry room and my bedroom closet and now I am facing possible mold issues in my house.On July 24, 2023, the owner emailed that he is disappointed by my actions and reviewing his services and company. He advised that he will be on my property on July 25, 2023, but as expected, no one showed up again.On July 27th the owner removed his tarp and used a sealer between roofs. It took him several weeks of emails exchange and 10 minutes on the roof.

Non-responsive and unprofessional. Their roof installers consume alcohol while on the job as evidenced by a shattered Corona bottle on my patio. Less than a year later, roof is leaking, and the company is unresponsive. Informed a tech would be out at 8 am on Monday 6/26, he didn't show, and company has not responded when I asked about rescheduling as of 6/30.I would highly recommend that you obtain your roofing services elsewhere. This behavior is utterly unacceptable in a business that claims to be reputable.Service: Roof installation

About 4 months after replaceing a roof deck, I noticed that some flashing along the eves was missing. I made numerous calls to the office and always got an answering machine where a left multiple messages. I sent a text to the salesperson to have someone come back and take a look at my concern. No one ever responded to my request. I had trouble finding out if they were still in busines.Their website gives an adress that they vacated months ago. I have not been able to find their office or a telephone number that a human answers.Service: Roof installation

Did a horrible job and unable to contact to fix. Had to pay another repairman to come fix their mistake and he said I would be lucky for this roof to last 5 years.
