Great service, loved the rep that came and did the initial visit. They were the only company to provide a book of samples. The rep discussed various projects around my house and provided me a handyman reference.Had a metal roof put on for 12k, not bad with 40 year warranty.Workers were fast and cleaned up after themselves.Definitely recommend!!Just have to contact the handyman to have my trim scraped and repainted now.

Since 2020 I have used Kings Roofing for 2 complete roof replacements on homes in the Pensacola area. This is a top notch company. Very rarely do you come across a company that offers such quality service at a reasonable price. It was unbelievable how much we saved by using Kings Roofing over their competitors. My advice is to give them a shot on quoting your roof job. You will be pleasantly surprised at the professionalism and outstanding quality of their work. A couple of local "mom and pop" roofing companies in my area gave me quotes that were THOUSANDS more and they did not have the ability to work on my timeline (who wants to pay more money and then wait months for a leaky roof to be replaced)!? My outstanding experience was company wide, from sales and office staff to installation! Thanks again TJ, Brian, Frankie, Joanna and both crews that worked on my properties!

I had a great experience with the rep from this company. Chris came to my house to look at the roof. He was extremely professional and so informative. He discussed all my areas of concern and even helped me understand where the problem might be related to the fireplace and gave me contact information for reputable help there. He gave me information on new available products that will help mitigate damage in the future. I could not have been happier than with Kings. Yes, it took a little while but what hasn’t, especially if it is worthwhile. The roof is beautiful and people stop to ask about it all the time. It is a relatively new product from Whorthouse, a steel modular system that interlocks and is bolted down. It is absolutely amazing. Kings roofing replaced a roof for me after Hurricane Sally. They responded quickly after I called and gave them my information. I was given a time frame that my roof would be installed and a reasonable price for the job. The estimator was was very informative and outlined what would be done including replacing all vents and repairing all bad wood. After removing the old roof they found no additional damage. I had my roof replaced about a month or 2 before sally and it with held throughout the storm. The installers where fast and completed the project by the end of day, unlike other roofers in the neighborhood..The overall service could use some training. They had the incorrect phone number, on file ( random number ) this caused a lot of headaches. I had no time to switch my schedule ( I work overnights and sleep during the day) and I have dogs that couldn’t go outside because of the mess they make while removing the old roof. I ended up stepping on a 20yrd old roofing nail which could have been worse has one of my dogs stepped on it or ate it! I also found several more nails all over the perimeter of my home and some trash left by the installers. The contract specifically stated that ALL debris would be removed.. there some minor items that needed to be fixed and they were.. When I reached out the project manger he was very unprofessional and tried to speak down to me, the overall tone/demeanor also changed with the office staff once I complained. There were also issues with the permit not being filled and posted on the property. I had to contact the office several times along with the county inspector to be sure everything was goood to go. When you’re paying almost $8k for a roof yes I want things done perfectly as possible and I sure as heck didn’t want to step on a nail or have to verify that a permit had actually been filed.Service: Roof installation

Kings Roofing is very professional, job was completed in two days from start to finish. And they had the shingles on in one & finished up on the second day. Clean up was great, they had gentlemen with buckets picking up small debris completely around the house. Do not use this service! Quoted 5,600 then on the day of service more than doubled the price and charges 120 dollars for boards that at most cost 17 dollars at Lowe's. Would not get their trash bin out of my driveway. Don't walk away from them run!Services: Roof installation, Roof damage repair

After Hurricane Sally, I got several quotes from local roofers. Kings was suggested on my neighborhood FaceBook page so added them to my list. Kings by far came in as the best price and their service was top notch! They were professional, timely, and the crew they sent to do the job were phenomenal. My new roof looks amazing! This company did an UNAUTHORIZED change order that ended up over doubling the thirteen thousand dollar original contract. Their contractors they use not only removed parts of the roof that did NOT need to be removed but also charge over 110.00 a sheet of plywood(despite before work being started that any plywood needed would be supplied by us) claiming the excessive charge is to cover their insurance and worker comp. On top of that they damaged the gutter system and refuse to repair the damage. As well inside the attic there is extensive debris from the installation that has now left us unable to have new insulation installed. And then theres the tacks through out the yard that they didnt bother to try to pickup which has caused flat tires. DO NOT BE FOOLED, THIS COMPANY IS A DISGRACE TO THE ROOFING INDUSTRY. AND THEY DID THIS TO A SENIOR CITIZEN DISABLED Vietnam VETERAN.An UPDATE, Upon publishing this well deserved 1 star review, we received a not only rude and unprofessional but harassing phone call. The management of this disgraceful company has business ethics that they feel its okay to try to intimidate a military vet who is 70 years old senior citizen who suffers from PTSD.Btw we appreciate you destroying our gutters as well and expecting US to pay for YOUR damages.This company my be called Kings but obviously they are just kings of being sub par human beings.Service: Roof repair

Like many other reviewers have expressed, these guys are unresponsive and lacking in customer service. Called these guys for an estimate (I guess you have to have a large enough job for them to show interest), they came out to assess a repair, 5 minutes later, he was on his way out. My guess is that our job was too small for these guys. Common courtesy would have been to disclose that fact, rather than ignore my inquiries for a timely quote. Nearly 2 weeks later and nothing. Lucky for us, we got it fixed by someone that really wanted the work. Shame on you Kings Roofing!07/22/21 Update in response to the Owner of Kings Roofing:Nice to FINALLY hear from “someone” at your company, but no thanks. Perhaps you can help others by working to improve on your customer service practices.

We waited a long time before we were able to buy a house. We love our house. We've been truly blessed. But our two outbuildings needed roofed and we wanted metal. We waited 55 days even though the contract said null and void after 45 days we still waited on them. There's exposed raw wood, open ended corners perfect for whatever critters would like to take up residence, exposed nails on the overhangs, metal not following the line of the pitch, nails all over the yard along with green and orange plastic circles and piece of broken shingle. All for $4000. For that kind of money I expected a quality job. They drove their truck across our front yard! I am so disappointed yes heartbroken cause this is my first house and I want it to be perfect.

I called this company and set an appointment to get an estimate on my roof. Initially they failed to keep the appointment. When first reviewed the company I said as much. Tj, the area manager responded personally and apologized and came to my home. I found him to be professional and courteous. I contracted with them for a fair price. It took a while to get to me. About 2 weeks after they initially said. We chose a color that was most readily available but we really wanted another color. After calling the company to see when they might be installing the roof. We were told the color we selected was in short supply and the manufacturer didnt know when it would be available. We were not pleased. Tj stepped in and found that the color we wanted to begin with was actually available now. About a week later they delivered the shingles and 2 days later they began work. So far so good

Absolutely 💯 % the worst people I have ever dealt with. Still have rotten wood and black mold under shingles. Secretary Absolutely refused to give me the name of insurance company. Escambia County didn't even inspect because these guys sent an affidavit in. Absolutely horrible left satellite hanging by wire to rip down my vinyl...still hanging...laid shingles from multiple directions leaving seems...just ugly irresponsible and don't stand behind their work. The contractor actually stood in my drive and said AND I quote "I Absolutely refuse to hire a white man to lay roofs" time to find a good attorney my wife has now been out of work for respiratory issues and every single person living here has had nails in their feet including my wife who had to get a tetanus shot... They came out again to repair damage caused when I hired the wrong company to trim trees over hanging our roof and cutting down a large pecan tree near our kitchen.I appreciate Kings Roofing coming back to repair the roof.
