It looks beautiful and I was especially happy that they cleaned every piece of roofing debris from my yard when the job was complete. I had a wonderful experience with this company. The whole process was quick and easy to get my roof inspected and repaired. They were the only company out of 3 others that did not try to convince me that I needed a full roof replacement on a roof that was not even 2 years old. Mark Taylor Roofing did an amazing job on my roof. I picked out the roofing color on a Thursday and the supplies arrived at my house on Monday! The workers arrived on MY schedule and worked quickly, cleaned up the area and completed the job in 2 days and 1 hr on the 3rd day (due to rain.) Their bid came in thousands under other bids I received; which was a lifesaver because this was not an insurance claim as many roofing job are. We needed our roof replaced on one of our rental properties, a townhouse. I'm big on researching companies and analyzing reviews. We ended up getting estimates from 3 different roofing companies, but I was already favoring Mark Taylor Construction (MTC) based on my research.Angel Vega was our point of contact, and he was very responsive, professional, and nice. He had a crew out to give us a quote within 24 hours. It was very reasonably priced, and included everything (clean up, etc).We chose to move forward with MTC and they were on time, finished quickly, and cleaned up everything when they were finished (very difficult to find people who do that these days without chasing them down after the fact!). We would've never known they were there if we didn't know. Haha. Our new roof is beautiful and done very well.We are so pleased with our experience and their work that we used them about 2 months later to replace the roof on our detached garage. Same wonderful experience and result.We also used MTC to install seamless gutters on this same property. This is a great roofing company. I got estimates from 5 highly-rated companies. Mark Taylor was the first to get me an estimate, and theirs was fair and less than the other quotes. They were also extremely responsive. I called and texted Angel multiple times, and he was always quick to answer or respond. Outstanding customer service! I was pressed for time due to the upcoming hurricane season, they delivered their services the date I wanted it done. Katie and Vicki were very responsive to the concerns/questions I had. On the day of the actual job the roof workers were all ready to start work a little before 7 am. After the job, everything was cleaned, I found no single nail on the ground! I am truly satisfied and happy with their work. My new roof was complimented by my neighbors. I called Mark Taylor Construction in early September, 2020 for a quote on replacing my roof. He came out within a couple of days and gave me an estimate. It was very reasonable based on my research, so I hired his company to do the replacement. He ordered the materials and notified me when they arrived. He began work the next day, which was the Friday before Hurricane Sally hit on Tuesday. Hurricane Sally wasn't even in the picture at that time! His team showed up Friday, Saturday, and Monday promptly and worked hard all day, finishing in the nick of time! He was responsive, caring, and knowledgeable. I searched roofers in Pensacola and reviewed 5 different companies. I selected Mark Taylor Construction to handle my roof replacement. He assessed my roof and quoted me an estimate. Throughout the process he updated me and was available when I had questions. Mark is a true professional and a man of his word. The roof is outstanding. My neighbors are jealous. One neighbor told me when she drives from her house she looks over at my roof and is in awe. Mark Taylor was the ONLY roofer who included the peel and stick.. also known as ice and rain..as a free upgrade for the ENTIRE ROOF!. Search his website to read this. OTHER roofers I contacted only would cover a portion of the roof with peel and stick. If you are getting estimates make sure you ask about peel and stick and how much of the roof would be included.
