I recently moved in and realized there was a leak in my ceiling. I called Right Now Roofing. They came the same day and inspected my roof. They showed me all the damage. Our roof was leaking and needed repair. i thought we needed just a repair but we called Right Now Roofing. They came the next day and did an inspection. There were many more problems with our roof than we thought. They showed us photos of the damage. We had them replace our roof and they did a terrific job! Toni is an angel! She took us by the hand and walked us through the process with our insurance company and worked hard advocating for us to ensure that they fulfilled their legal obligations to cover our roof. If i could give them more than 5 stars i would. I called for an estimate on a Thursday and Tom came by the same day. He was very professional, on time, and listened to everything I had to say. Tom told me they would be able to fix my roof the very next week. The crew came that Monday started and finished the job the same day. I cannot say enough good stuff about this company or Jon White. I was so impressed with the crew being at my house even before the time they gave me. The guys worked tirelessly all day. I left home and when I came back they were basically done. They left my yard even better than it was before they came. I really like doing business with Right Now Roofing because after they finished with the roof inspection they did all the paperworks and communication with my home insurance. The lifetime warranty and one time transferrable of warranty is a plus for me. The roof installation was completed on time and they performed a thorough cleanup of my house sorrounding to ascertain that no debris are left for me to pickup. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!They do not stand behind their work and hide behind less than ethical warranties that facilitate their lousy work quality.I bought a home in Feb 2022. They put a 20K roof on less than a year ago in 2021.There is something loose and flapping that is along the ridge of the roof. It flaps so loud and hard when the wind blows, it sounds like a motor cycle is in my attic! Called 3 times and was told I would receive a call back from the local office to set an appt to come repair the issue.After 2 weeks of waiting and no call back, I call back AGAIN and ask for a manager. A person named Alfonso, then in a condescending, unapologetic and smug manner tells me because I was not the original purchaser, if I did not buy the home within 30 days of their replacement there is NO warranty at all! He then tells me I would need to pay them to come make any repairs! 20 thousand dollar project not done right and now they get off scott free because of the policies they have that take advantage of people. Absolutely shameful. I then laughed and in the same tone as he gave me, I said to Alfonso, I would never give my money to the company that didn't do it right the first time, its less than a year old and they refuse to take any accountability and stand behind their work to FIX THEIR LOUSY WORK! This company obviously only cares about making a buck and NOT the community or customers they serve!Service: Roof installation

This company fraudulent cashed a cashier’s check that was designated to another person and refuses to return the money. The company did not have a contract with me and did not preform the work. I would never use a company with this lack of integrity.
