Solid Roofing did an amazing job with the replacement of our roof. Our home was damaged in a tornado in January & their rep, Daly, was at our home within hours to access the damage to our home & have it tarped as quickly as possible.Daly walked us through the claim process & explained the differences in the different types of shingles that are available. He also provided great insight on how to bring our roof up to current code to save us money on our insurance in the future.Their roofing crew was amazing & kept a very clean jobsite. I think we had more people working on our roof than any of the other contractors that we've seen in our neighborhood. I would highly recommend Daly & Solid Roofing to anyone that's looking for a quality job from an honest company.

Daly with Solid Roofing did an awesome job on our family’s roof. We lost a bunch of shingles in the storm and our roof started leaking in almost every room of the house. Several people referred Daly so we called him immediately(at 6AM and he answered!). He got to our house really fast and had his guys up on the roof putting up a temporary covering on the roof to stop the leaks within a couple hours of the storm hitting our house! He thoroughly explained the process of having to work with the insurance company to get our home back to pre-storm condition. Fast forward to the insurance adjuster coming out a few days later for the insurance inspection…When the adjuster arrived, Daly already had the roof measurements for the adjuster and helped him inspect the roof(we have a steep roof). Our adjuster seemed to be very thankful that Daly was there to help and I honestly believe that he helped expedite the process. They installed our new roof shortly after and I am very happy with it. Highly recommend using these guys!

The roofers didnt speak a lick of English. That posed a problem for communicating when I needed questions answered. There should always be someone who can clearly speak and understand English on a job site. I also found the job to be done quickly and my roof shingles look nothing like I see on other homes with same shingles. The shingle line up does not look neat. If that makes sense. They look slapped on and that is that. Definately not like website images. One big big problem I have, and to late now is I specifically said I did not want rolled roofing on any part of my roof. The communication on that was not verbally clear. Being a female, I asked a straightforward question and was clear on it. I signed contract and rolled roofing went up. After it was on, I inquired and I was told due to roof slope (porch addition), it needed to be rolled. It looks horrible. I am not happy at all with my roof. If I would have verbally been told, I would have said do not touch and I would have put metal roof there. At least roof would look better to the eye.Overall, roofers did a shotty job, to be honest. I gave 3 stars because clean up was good. The guys who came over during job were nice. The female that I had to speak to when roofer called to translate, not so much. I do not like leaving negative reviews, but I will say this, if I had to do it again I would use someone else. Only because those who get on roof and do work are "no bueno". They rush, slap it on, and pee in your yard. Caught on camera.Service: Roof installation
