Great experience from the estimate to the final inspection. The crew that put on the roof was professional, quick and thorough. They did a fantastic job and an awesome job cleaning up. There wasn’t anything we had to go back pick up or clean. Bill Harris was great, explained everything in detail, and was easy to talk to. CJ was also great. He did a thorough job with the inspection, explained the two small fixes we needed and assured they will get taken care of the same or next day. I will recommend Tadlock Roofing any day! Tadlock Roofing was recommended to us by a gentleman in our neighborhood, and we both agree they exceeded our expectations. The crew of 6 worked here for 2 nearly 12 hour days, and did a fabulous job of re-roofing our home AND cleaning up the entire mess. They treated our job as if it was their own home. They even used a shop vac to clean up the grit in our lanai, and filled in dirt where their dump trailer left shallow dents in our yard! We cannot imagine another company doing any better! This company is top-notch! From the beginning to the end, their customer service has been over the top. We were not present during the repair work, but showed up the next day you would not even know anyone was here the site was so clean. I would recommend Tadlock roofing! The initial person I spoke to was Jeff and he was very friendly when he came out to do my estimate. The crew that came out to do the roof got started early and got the job done the same day (1100 sq ft home). I appreciate the efficiency. CJ was our project manager and communicated with us throughout and afterwards. Overall, it was a smooth process and my roof looks great!

Once work was started on our roof, unfortunately, it was discovered just how bad the plywood was that was on the roof. It is a 3300 square foot house but these fine fellows managed to remove one layer of shingles, replace 46 sheets of plywood, and reshingle the roof in 2 days. The work was very professional and the workers seemed extremely conscientious about their work. I would definitely recommend tadlock roofing!

5 stars for the actual gutters themselves, 1 star for updating quotes and billing.I feel that I am being overcharged on the basis of a quote and not work that was completed. I would not recommend this company and do not intend to use them for any of my future roofing or gutter needs.Tadlock was quick to provide a quote for gutters along the back of my house to include two downspouts. I was told install would be complete in 1-2 weeks. After signing the quote and hearing nothing about scheduling for a few days I contacted them to find out that it would actually be closer to 8 weeks for install.Gutter install was contracted out to another company who contacted me for a surprise opening the next day. This ended up being 7 weeks after contract signed. They only installed one downspout and told me the price would be adjusted to reflect this. Gutters are color matched to my roof and other gutters and work as advertised.I heard nothing from Tadlock for another 3 weeks before receiving a bill for the same amount as my original quote. I replied to say that only one downspout had been installed, not the two that was quoted, and asked for the bill to be adjusted. A week later I received an updated bill with a credit of $15. I again asked about this price point as it did not seem enough. Another week later I received a new bill for $30 less than my original quote and confirmation that it was correct as they had checked with the person who issued the original quote. I do not believe that $30 is a fair adjustment of the materials and labor for installing a downspout.Service: Gutter installation

Process from inspection for quote through installation was professional. Installers were quick and clean up was great. Only issue I had was the additional 3% processing fee on total if payment by credit card. Had to pay with e-check to avoid fee.

This company has truly been a pleasure to work with SO FAR and I only say that because I am still in the early planning stages to replace my roof so I did not check the good quality bullet. From the initial call I placed there has been nothing short of professionalism on all levels with every employee I have talked to. The technician Danny was timely and in every way has given me options and information to help me with my decision. He kept me posted and informed me of the next step. The office staff was very friendly and more than accommodating to work with my schedule to set up an appt while the office mgr reached out via email after the estimate to offer additional support and communication. worked all day with very few breaks in high 90 degree heat. said they around start at 7 and we’re on roof at 7. worked till dark then cleaned area around house using flashlights. always cleaned up after each day. i ask if they would stack my old tim for me they did, neatly!! they had a radio. i did not even notice it. no bad language. just so professional and amazing. can not say enough good about this company and their workersService: Roof installation

I contacted Tadlock Roofing in May 2023 for an estimate on repairing the damage to my roof caused by a Hurricane. They submitted a quote that I felt was reasonable and explained exactly what was to be completed. They were very professional and determined when the job could be started and with agreeable weather conditions they would be finished within 3 days. I accepted their quote and all the materials (shingles, drip lines, ice and water seal, etc.) were delivered the Friday prior to the following Monday start. Antonio and his crew began work on the roof at 7:30AM that morning and worked throughout the day until 7:30PM. The crew had to first remove the existing plastic wrapped roof which had been covering my roof for approximately a year to prevent additional damage before they could begin removing the existing shingles. For the next 4 1/2 days the Crew worked 12-12hrs while being stopped by lightning and torrential rain off and on over 2 of their work days. Upon completion of the job Tadlock sent over their most experienced Inspector to check on the quality of work and CJ was very satisfied with the finished Roofing and the Crews cleanup of the area around my home. This was my 2nd hurricane damaged roof during my 20years in my home and was absolutely the most professional job. Tadlock's Management, Sales, and Roofing Crew were very professional and responsive to my questions during the job completion process.
