We bought an older home, it needed a new roof, called 2 companies for estimates, then someone recommended Thomas Roofing, so I called them. Shane came out, he wasn’t the cheapest or most expensive, but he was the only one who mentioned the “ My Safe Florida “ program . I had my inspection and they finally got funding almost 7 months later. Shane kept in contact with me the whole time, and answered any questions that I had and the estimate actually stayed the same. When we got the approval, I called Shane, 2 weeks later they were replacing our roof. The guys did a wonderful job, even painted the chimney and roof vent pipes and cleaned up everything perfectly. Shane even came back the next day to check for random nails or trash. In the days of hard to find good people that do a great job, Shane and his crew actually deliver. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks.

Shane & his crew created some scheduling magic & managed to work my 17 year old roof project in within a couple of days of agreeing to the job. Crew was timely & capable with all aspects of the project. All but finished within one day, but returned for final details & thorough cleaning on the morning of the 2nd day.I would not hesitate to hire this company for any similar task required. Good folks!

Shane and his crew did an amazing job replacing my roof. I had an old metal roof and they replaced it with a shingle roof and it looks beautiful. When I called Mr Shane Thomas to get a estimate on my roof he was very professional . He was able to make an appointment around my schedule. He was early and he didn't rush. he took his time and answered all of my questions. His men came over and started the job when they were supposed to. His crew was very professional. The job was complete when promised. When they were finished they let me know, in case I was not satisfied. But I was. They did a great job cleaning up and searching for any nails that could have fallen. They checked around the house approximately four or five times. Thanks for doing a great job.
