Tim and his team have done several jobs for me over the years. My wife and I have some rental property. This most recent incident stood out. I sold a house in Clearwater a few weeks ago. During the 4-point inspection, a roof leak was discovered (not work done by Ark). I called Tim right away and asked if he could get his guys out to help me get my roof fixed and inspection passed in time for closing.He scheduled and fixed my roof within a week, passed inspection and so impressed my realtor that she asked for his contact info to use him for future rush jobs.Great work, and a great guy.Thanks Tim!

Let me save you guys some time before you try to work with this company hand down one of the rudest companies to work for or with. Discrimination is something that i take very seriously. Being a woman of color and that has loved ones who are colored to it makes me very uncomfortable and frustrated that we are still being treated less human. I had a friend of mine who worked for this company and day after day he was mistreated, yelled at or ignored. Trying to go into work when you feel unwanted and unheard is very hard for any one. There was a few times when I seen many situations that I felt wasn’t right and the last straw was today when I got a phone call explaining how my loved one got fired for leaving early so he could go to school. This company doesn’t like for their works care for themselves or for their family. This company would go further if they actually cared for all of their workers and not just one of them. Ark roofing isn’t the company to work for if you are colored. Sad to say they lost a good worker and awesome man.

The tile roof repair and flat roof replacement was done right, went above and beyond and by the book at a very reasonable price. I hired Ark Roofing to replace the roof on my small warehouse. It had many issues and some we did not know until they opened the roof up. At that point we had to replace rotted wood and even in one spot rebuild the trusses. They did all of the work and of course after they tore off the roof the next day we had horrible rains come in. They had to tarp up the whole roof and no water ever got in. They went above and beyond and even found small leaks on an metal awning they fixed and did not charge me. They recommended a system that would also help with the heat with insulation board and it is 20 degrees cooler in the shop now. They did a great job and the inspector said the same thing and signed off on the job. I would recommend this company for any of your roofing needs, thanks guys for a great job.

Wow, I just had the greatest experience! I share a fence with a place next door and they had a roof replaced recently. It was unavoidablethat some of the debris, especially nails and tacks, would end up on my side of the fence since the building next door is two stories high. Tim came over and spent at least an half hour combing the ground for those nails and tacks so that I wouldn't step on one while working outside. The crew working on the roof was also very polite and courteous when I brought it to their attention that debris was falling on my side. I would highly recommend this company!

We remodeling houses and often have to change the roof. After many meetings with the owners of different companies, it became clear that this is the Arc Roofing. Our experience was perfect in all aspects, including: communication, workmanship, daily cleaning and final inspection. It was really nice to deal with the Ark Roofing Company. Ark came highly recommended by our contractor. We were so hopeful that the work would be done well as they were also our highest bidder. Our roof is not completed to code. The inspector said our roof had too many problems to list them all.

This is the first time I have ever submitted any type of online complaint but thought I would save everyone the trouble of dealing with Ark Roofing. We hired them to do our roof in early 2017 and it has been a nightmare. While doing the job, their workers got a significant amount of tar on our white siding and tried to cover it up with spray paint. We withheld full payment until they came back to fix the siding (it was in writing) which to this day (April 2018) they have yet to fix our siding. Additionally, we found a leak less than 6 months after they did our roof and the owner of the company came by to look at it and never fixed it. We recently had another rain storm and the same leak appeared so we called him again and he refuses to come fix it by fabricating a story about how our house was sold and the warranty is not transferable - not sure how my house could be sold without my knowledge. There is plenty more to complain about (debris left in all of our gutters, etc.) but please save yourself the trouble and find another roofing company to do your job.

So my landlord has chose this company to redo our roof. The guys that came look like they just got out of prison. My house is trashed on the side and my backyard, they don't pick up after themselves at all. Waterbottles, circle k cups , trash from the material is thrown everywhere .You would think they would pick up after themselves. So i called the company up to get them to remove their generator and compressor from my front door walk way because all I smell is gas and oil. I'm 4 months pregnant and also have 1 year old child . My house is very small and the smell going through the the whole house and upsetting our stomach .They send 1 guy out and instead of moving the equipment far away from my front door he puts it right next to it! I'm watching him on my cameras and had to go and tell him no ? You need to get it far away from my door please , the smell is making me sick . He had the worst attitude like I ruined his day. I don't care what his attitude problem is this is my house and your disrespectful towards it and my health.
