This company put a new roof on a house I just purchased, which was required by FHA to fu d the loan. I called & left a message to introduce myself and get warranty information and they never returned my call. Don't think it's too much to ask to get info on something that cost me $8000.

I called Bayview for a roof repair. Owner showed up that day, said he'd get back with an estimate. I called the next day, he answered, said he'd get back to me. I called 4 days straight, and he said he'd call back. Nope. Also told me he'd send someone to put a patch on the leak; no one ever showed. I write this a week later, and still never heard back.

As a customer, we can be very demanding at times but Bayview took into consideration my urgency, got to the job site and completed the repair before the rain started. Amazing company!
