I can't begin to find the words that adequately describe the fantastic service I received. From the time that I scheduled the appointment, to the updates on arrival times, and the quality workmanship that was performed was absolutely phenomenal. We had a water treatment system installed by Gulfview Plumbing. John installed it. He was very meticulous about setting it up just right. He patiently answered every one of our many questions. He was friendly, neat (didn't make a mess) and professional. Even his truck was neat and organized!We've used them before to install a water heater; we'll definitely continue using their services as the need arises.

I Booked an appointment on line to clear a clog 3 days later the clog was worse. The technician used the camera to clear the baby wipe.He would not get on the roof to clear the drain and my husband pulled the toilet while he was there so we could clear the clog through the toilet. We cleared the clog ourselves on Christmas Day. We paid 350.00 to have drain cleared and it was not done properly! I was told by the office there is no warranty on the clogged drain. I get that but in 3 days really!

I wish I could be positve but I have never had any company treat me like this. I called for a new water heater and even added an extra 4 year mainteance package. it was installed on 01/28/2013. From day one one the water was not very very hot. I called and requested a technician to come out and check it. A couple of days later he came out and used a volt meter and said our electrical panel was sending out unbalanced negative power and I needed to call out Duke Energy to check the line. And he recommended Buell Electric to replace the inner fuse box and outside panel. He proceeded to bill me 159.00. I claimed that the I had a maintenance contract. He said since the problem wan't the water heater he shou;d really be be charging me 220.00.I then proceeded to call Duke and pay Buell 5,000 to replace the boxes still no real heat. But now I am scared to call and get charged again so I try to live with it. After months of substandard temperatures I decided to get a 2nd opinion. The first problem was the water heater was placed too close to the wall and the the TPR valve could not be opened. He resolved that and there was hot water but only for 10 minutes. I called the guy back again and he said maybe it was the element. He takes it apart and the elements were severely corroded after under 10 months. The bottom one was so bad it could not be removed. I have s top of the line water softener on top of that. The last two softeners(from a different plumber) lasted 5 years without a water softener. I had to purchase a second new water heater(not fom Gulfview) but it works perfectly.Service: Water heater installation

My dogs had broken off the pvc piping on the outside of our main bathroom. Water was spraying everywhere. Brandon showed up on time, was very professional, and had the pipe fixed within 30 minutes. The technician was experienced and efficient. Pricing is high but that’s what I hear of plumbing service. $1000 to install two external valves and a hose bib plus minor toilet rebuild and supply valve. Ouch. Not a great value.Services: Toilet repair, Plumbing pipe repair

We read many reviews before deciding to purchase a new RO system from Gulfview Plumbing, so now we are sharing our positive experience to help others.. I called a number of companies, but Tom patiently answered my many questions about the system and warranty. Combining that phone experience, the "About Us" page of the website, and the warranty on the installation (they stand behind their work), we decided to give Gulfview a try. Danny installed our system and brought our shutoff valves up to code. He was professional, pleasant, knowledgeable, and seemed to love his work. The RO system works great and our water tastes better than ever. The installation was two weeks ago. We are happy customers.

I was very impressed with Felix and Danny. Their professionalism, Knowledge and helpfulness was beyond compare. Felix and Danny took The time to do an analysis of my situation, and created a list of multiple solutions to choose from. Each solution was explained and I was given the pros and cons of each. Both Felix and Danny answered all my questions in a clear and concise manner. I was very impressed with their ability to accurately diagnose the problems I had been having with both my toilets and my shower. From the dispatcher taking my call to having a plumber come out within 1 hour on the weekend (Sunday) is fantastic. You can’t asked for better emergency plumbing services. My drain lines were clogged and my wax ring on the toilet failed. This plumbing company will be saved in my phone book for further work! My water heater went out at 4:45 in the afternoon. I called Gulfview plumbing and was put on the next mornings schedule. I received a text telling me the tech was on his way, a photo of the tech, and a brief history and his background. I was also given a link that showed a map and where the tech was coming from. I could track his arrival in real time. It was nice knowing who the tech was, and his background before he got to my house. My techs name was Felix. He was very nice and personable and respectful of our property. Felix kept me apprised on what he was doing, and gave us a detailed estimate before he did any work. After he was done, he explained what he did and showed us his work. We are 100% satisfied with the work Felix did and would have him work on our house anytime we needed a plumber. I can not say enough great things about Gulfview plumbing and Felix. They are a top notch company, that cares for their clients, and they employ top notch people A++++ company, if you need a plumber, these are the people to call!Service: Water heater installation
