SB Pro Roofing was the best of the contractors that gave us estimates. They brought samples to the initial meeting and were great at answering questions and following up during the process. The crew was at our home on time and worked into the night (using flashlights) to ensure the roof was completed in one day. So far, we are extremely happy with our roof and the decision to use SB Pro Roofing.

I would highly recommend them. They finished my roof in one day. Other than the new roof, you couldn't tell they were here. They cleaned up everything. They used 50 year shingles, provided the best warranty, and provided a wind mitigation inspection/certificate at a reasonable price compared to other companies. If you need a new roof, call and ask for Bill Baker. He was great to work with.

The work was accomplished on time and as scheduled with a high level of quality. When the shingles were removed there was some wood that was damaged. The additional work was identified quickly and added to the scope of work at a fair price, while maintaining schedule. John was very engaged and communicated well. I was extremely pleased with the project, and highly recommend them for roofing work.

Our Homeowner’s insurance threatened to cancel us with very little notice, if we didn’t replace our roof. Bill with Shon Boswell roofing came highly recommended by one of our neighbors. He was able to get us in on the fly. Furthermore, they offered the best price on the type of roof we wanted. Highly recommended! I needed a full roof replacement of an investment property that has a room addition with a flat roof that had water pooling issues. SB Pro Installed the new shingled area and installed Insulated tapered panels (ISO boards) on the flat room to eliminate the water problems. The quality workmanship was done so well I replaced my primary home full roof replacement (with a flat roof also) within three weeks including Insulated tapered panels. Both jobs are professionally with quality workmanship.

We have had the pleasure of having Son Boswell Roofing do our home and business roof. Having your roof redone is a huge investment and we are so happy we chose Son Boswell Roofing. Just recently we invested in having our business roof redone. His crew was very professional and considerate when we they were there during business hours. We own a medical facility and needed to ensure the patients were seen during the weekday with minimal disturbances. They worked around our schedule and accommodated all our needs so well. We were also surprised how quickly the job was done. I worked with Jon and he was awesome...he was very organized and kept me informed throughout the entire process. He brought several samples for me to see (in real light) and ALWAYS answered my phone calls, when I had questions. I am installing solar panels on my NEW roof. Jon was great in helping coordinating and planning the solar work and the roof work. I had three different structures re-roofed and SB Pro Roofing were fantastic. There were often times two crews working at my house, and they were both fantastic; the workers were very friendly, respectful and worked very hard. I felt like they took a lot of pride in their work, and worked at a fast pace, but never felt like they were "rushing" just to get the job done. Bill and Lee were the crew leaders and they spoke to me daily about their plans for the day, as well as what their timelines were for the week. There were a couple of days they had to avoid rain, but they worked around it, and did not let it deter them. The best thing is, they cleaned the yard/work areas EVERY DAY!! I have dogs, and they run around outside (without leashes), and I was afraid they would find (eat) pieces of the sempco nails or the actual roofing nails and get sick/injured. The crews were GREAT at cleaning the visible garbage each day at the end of the day AND they used a magnetic tool to pick up any loose nails (metal debris.) Jon stopped by often and kept an eye on the progress of the work, as well as made sure everything was to code and all inspection work/paperwork was in compliance. GREAT JOB!!! GREAT SERVICE!!!! EXCELLENT CLEANLINESS!!

SB Pro is a State Certified roofer for the My Safe Florida Home Grant. Roof replacements on older homes like mine do not happen without incident. Wood needs replacing etc. SB Roofing handled everything as they promised and the work was completed and satisfied the MSFH requirements. I have officially upped my hurricane proof home. Shon's crew was quick and did the job in the time quoted. The pictures of the truss tie ins where 1990's flip phone quality so a bit disappointed there with today's readily available technology. Communication leading up to the job was a bit slow taking more than 1 day to return calls despite an already signed contract.All in all, I would recommend them with eyes wide open on the issues mentioned above.

I flipped a house in Riverview - the inspection came back and the roof was shot. I agreed to replaced the roof before closing with the buyer. They got the permit pulled, got the roof replaced and closed out within a few days. Great company.
